I have own several cameras in the past and these are my favorite. High quality

I have had these cameras for a few months (had to wait a month to get them delivered and installed), and I have mixed feelings about them. The clarity is quite good during the day,a little grainy at night. I am not happy with the lag time from when something sets it off to when I get a notification,then have to wait for it to load so I can see it. Battery life is not as good as I thought it would be. I was also told 2 people could be on the account and view the cameras and that is not true.

Awesome system, great not to have a HUB attached to the system. Highly recommend!

These Arlo pro 4 cameras are amazing. They have a very clear view for both day and night. The Pro 4’s light up bright whenever someone walks past them. These cameras are my favorite, thus far. I highly recommend the Arlo Pro 4 cameras.

So this is a good outdoor security camera with a full-function app to go along with it. Picture quality during the day is outstanding. At night, not so much. The manufacturer boasts a six-month battery life. You will be lucky to get two weeks without needing to recharge it. I have opted for the wired power cord instead (an additional accessory), so it's always working and I don't have to worry about it running out of power at a crucial moment.

Bought these due to a daylight burglary that took place at my home. Guys drove right up and started taking stuff. After installomg and using this system i have found a new sense of security. The integration with my smart home system was truly amazing.

Advertised battery life is significantly shorter than advertised. My camera was non-functional, in need of recharge, 2months after it was online. I had fully charged the battery before deployment. Deal breaker for me is the fact that there is no such thing as customer service at Arlo. They have a technical support team, who apparently can "escalate to internal teams" for review, and after weeks passing without reply, you can reach back out to hear somehow the issue you are experiencing is your fault. I received the 3 camera bundle, and one of the three cameras was defective out of the box. After calling tech support, I was provided a link to complete the RMA, which oddly required me to pay out of pocket to ship the defective unit. They waited to receive my defective camera, before shipping me the replacement camera. The replacement camera came in a new housing, with a different release mechanism. The new housing did not interface my existing mount. No instructions on how to eject the long awaited replacement camera, so that I could finally get up and running, just an implied "good luck."

These things are great!!! I highly recommend the Wasserstein solar panels to go with them!
