This is the worst product I've ever had. The battery only lasts 2 weeks per full charge if there's normal/light activity. One of the 4 batteries it came with was a total dud. It died overnight when fully charged multiple times. I already had to contact Arlo to replace a full camera set because the actual casing of 1 camera couldn't hold a charge either (and I had to pay for shipping the returned item to them). Also, you have to pop out the camera/battery from the casing to charge the battery and its not as smooth as they show. It literally takes me 5minutes for each camera to pop that thing out. It's been 2 months with them so Arlo is denying a refund. They only want to try to replace the products which they already did for one camera and it is still not working well. I dont want to replace or fix, I want to be done with this and have my money returned for a lemon product.

Absolutely amazing. Clear pictures and no monthly subscription

I really like the cameras. Good view and sound quality for the most part. However, as of late we are having issues with one of the cameras that went offline. I am taking it in this week to see if BB has any suggestions as I have gone through all of the steps for troubleshooting this item. I do have the Geek Squad protection plan, which I highly suggest just in case you ever do have an issue. It is well worth the money.

So far this product is working great. It does have great night vision.

This product works great overall but I was under the impression that I would be able to view motion activity like I can on my old Arlo cameras. Come to find out there is a monthly fee to view motion activity on the cameras and that is very disappointing. Thanks for leading me on for 3 months Arlo

App is good. Video quality is good. Battery life is not good. Battery is lasting about two weeks.

Don’t buy this system if you have an iPhone. There is a flaw in the app that doesn’t let you change the notification sound. The only sound is so quiet that you can’t hear it. People have been complaining and asking for an update for 6 years. Do yourself a favor and look at the complaints on their forums. The cameras are fantastic and work really well but the company obviously doesn’t care about their customers with iOS.

Best camera I’ve ever had first night caught a bear

Poor poor poor! This camera along with the Arlo system is just poor. Disconnects randomly so you can’t view live stream. Doesn’t pick up motion regardless of set activity zones. When it does detect motion it does it late. So if Amazon is delivering the camera will pick up when Amazon drives away and misses the entire part of it driving up. The lag between receiving a notification and actually going to the library to watch the clip is horrible. It takes so long to get to the clip that you miss entirely what was happening in real time. God forbid it was something serious! Also the Arlo support is horrible. Hard to get to someone. Hard for them to understand on going issues and never gets a resolution. The only one thing I like about the camera is the full 160 angle view. That’s it!

The video is very clear and records a wide range. Battery is going quickly in areas of wind blowing.
