The WiFi, recording, the clarity is great. You adjust your settings to suit your specific situation. Very easy to use.

The range is good but the motion sensor doesn’t reach as far as the range does.. so that’s an 8/10 Every other feature is a 10/10! We love the Mic&Speaker feature. Being able to communicate with our dogs sitter through our camera is great.

The Cameras wouldn't initialize. Customer service was polite, but not helpful. Recommendations to fix the issue of "i haven't actually gotten them to function and the app can't find the cameras" include: running the cameras from my phone hotspot disabling automatic reconnecting to my router and changing native security settings in my phone. For what i paid to avoid getting robbed vs what I've received... i feel robbed.

I am a long time arlo camera user and have never experience this until I purchased these Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras. I have contacted Arlo customer service and can not get a satisfactory answer from them. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

AWFUL IN ALL WAYS

Save your money and go with something else completely. Won’t connect most of the time and then it loses signals easily and you have to take the battery out and sync it all over again which is tedious and ineffective. It also required me splitting my wifi into a different type just for this system alone, and now my entire wifi is messed up. I will have to not only lose money from this purchase, and the doorbell was even worse, but also need a tech to fix my wifi and need to invest in a functioning product. The biggest waste of money. Ever.

It come with a trial support package that allows you to record and review videos, summon police or fire or call a friend. Even after the trial, the support package is just a few bucks a month. Big advantage of the Arlo Pro 4 is that is stand alone as a Wi-Fi device on your network, so no need to invest in a hub controller. No wires, so you just pick a place and attach to the wall. It comes with a magnetic mount, but I purchased an optional screw-in mount to attach to be concrete exterior wall. Good product. Highly recommend,

Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras! Great Option!

Although you need to set up one at a time and run through the process over again for each camera it is easy. The only negative so far is the volume of the 2 way audio on the cameras. It is very low and is not heard clearly unless you yell through the phone. Quality is great of video and love the activity zone functionality.
