We are completely satisfied with the picture quality and how the product syncs with our iPhones. Bought a solar panal for the camera to help with the charging and guess what? not a full 24hrs later and the batter is at 45%. Imagen climbing up and down the latter to charge the batteries every couple days. Do not buy

Do not get this Arlo Camera

Using it to birdwatching . Set it up next to my feeder, hooked on the solar panel, charged the battery first. The unit completely discharges after 24 hours and keeping the solar panel plugged in does not provide enough charge to replenish the battery.

Battery gets stuck

Battery on all 3 gets stuck in the housing, support replaced one 12 months ago, stuck again. Was using a small suction cup on the front for sometime but can take 5 minutes. Done with Arlo.

If i could give it zero stars that wuld still be too many. Dont waste your time. Couldnt even get it to connect to see if it even worked. Their tech support is a joke. This system is not easy to set uo as advertised. If it dosent connect the first time retun it. Should not take houra amd hours of the same thing over and over to get nowhere.
