Stay away at all cost. After reading tons of reviews, I bought these thinking they would be great. The batteries last 3-5 days at most no matter what setting you have them on; which means don't leave town and think you can rely on these. They turn off constantly, by themselves and it takes an act of God to get them back on. I even bought the hub/base station thinking it would help with battery issues and staying connected, it didn't. So now after 5 months of ownership I'm stuck with them. Bestbuy won't take them back, even though I purchased the return plan and Arlo doesn't stand behind their product. At almost $500 plus a monthly subscription fee, you'd think they would work better. My only option now is to try to sell them on the used market for half the price.

Great quality up close, not from a far. The batteries die very quickly and the solar panels do not charge them as they should. Mounting the cameras outside with the magnetic mount was a pain as the instructions/YouTube video was useless, therefore I sent them back and used the ones that came with the cameras.

This camera are really good and o would recommend them to anyone that is looking to protect their home.

I like everything about it except it is very inconsistent in sending alerts to my phone. Good sensitivity, reasonably good video, but I sure wish I could be confident of the alerts. The instructions are not very useful.

Nice camera. Easy to use and set up. Picture quality is really good. Had a motion light to pick up movement at night. Overall very happy with the camera.

Love this security camera. Captures every little or big thing that moves or steps in front of it. Clear video and sound. The spot light is very bright.

I use them but I probably wouldn’t buy them again. I get alarms all the time with just the wind blowing the trees. I also selected a setting where it would ignore animals and it still gives me a alarm for a animal and there is only wind blowing.

I'm still in the process of verifying if this product is good or not. But from what I've heard the video quality is bad.

Purchased as a replacement camera. I had the older one for about 10 months. It just stopped working but I was pleased for those months. Recommend purchasing a replacement plan.

First of all I love my arlo cameras. Easy to install in matter of minutes. I got 4 cameras including the floodlight. All work via wifi and I get notifications as soon as it detects per your desire settings. I love how it can detect people, animals, vehicles and other motions. Really helpful as I know what to expect when opening the app. The one little flaw is that it has to connect to its servers this may take up to ten seconds and does include up to 10 seconds lag. I’ll be buying mesh extenders to see if this can help the connection speed. Other than that good design.

Not happy camera battery died fast a few days also the support wasn’t great. It also disconnected from internet which was a defect to the caño themselves. Thanks to Best Buy I changed them to ring will see how does work out.

The setup was easy, and the cameras worked good for a week. Now the batteries have to be swapped out daily and they havent recorded motion in days.

Clear pictures from the cameras. Easy to use but rechargeable batteries need replaced about twice a week.

Unstable. Cannot charge batteries. Customer service polite yet mostly useless.

Excellent camera resolution, however, know that in order to get full functionality, a subscription is required. We had Steven from Greek Sqad install it. I highly recommend that you get Geek Sqad protection,worth the price.

Arlo has a great security system. I bought this bundle on sale and the value was incredible. Having the security mounts and the extra battery are major bonuses. Highly recommend considering Arlo when shopping for security cameras.

City buyer beware! If you live on a downtown street (ie. with a lot of pedestrians or dogs), these cameras only hold a battery charge for 48-72 hours, so you will need to change the battery every 2 days. I would never have purchased had I known that. Arlo should warn potential buyers that these are not appropriate for city living. Now they are basically worthless as who has time to go change them every 48 hours.

I had the Arlo Pro 2 cameras and they worked beautifully for a little over 2 years, until one day the batteries just stopped charging. I purchased these thinking they would be the same and they are completely opposite. The battery is a pain to release - you need a little key. It doesn’t hold a charge (I need to charge everyday as opposed to the pro 2, where I could go days, sometimes a week), and their motion sensing requires a subscription if you want it to work at all. I actually really hate these cameras and don’t find them worth the money at all.

This package included more than any other I could find to purchase. The extra battery was a big selling point.

Hard to setup, Arlo customer service sucks, after three months you have to pay to even use them completely as a useable camera. Also unless you have high speed fast fast internet it wont work. Not worth the money.
