Mine is junk. Constantly going offline after the due date has past to return them. Contact Arlo and did everything they asked and they are ok for a week then they go offline again especially when I’m not home and need them on. Nothing is wrong with my Wi-Fi.

I love these cameras. They're very clear and captures a wide area. The only thing complaint I have is the cameras go off with a hint of a breeze which uses up the battery faster. Other than that all is good.

I bought this package last march and I’m ready to throw it in the trash. I’ve had issues trying to share the online recording with my fiancé and it seems like an impossible task. If you don’t have their subscription, you’re unable to speak to online chats to problem solve and Arlo expects you to comb through forums to figure it out. A SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE STORAGE. It took me a couple of months to calibrate these cameras. I’ve had critters tear up my yard and my dog got out of the front of my house all while these cameras never picked anything up. I guess the sensitivity was too low, but when I turned it up the cameras caught any gust of wind and branch moving in my back yard. I wish I had my money back.

I love the black security mounts. Only Best Buy has them.

Super easy installation and set up. Intuitive interface to connect to the cloud and set up in the phone app. No hub required, camera connect directly to wireless access point or home router/wireless. Would like to see the spotlight brightness as an adjustable setting.

Arlo-Pro 4 Spotlight Camera - Indoor/Outdoor 2K Wire-Free Security Camera with Color Night Vision is one of the best security products I have purchased. I have had two other brands and would definitely recommend Arlo over any of them.

This is such a simple, yet high quality camera. I bought two of them for my business and the setup was quick and painless. I love the design, the ease of use in the app, and the smart features that make it easy to keep up with what’s going on security-wise.

This is the second Arlo Pro 4 camera I have set up at a remote location and connected it wirelessly to a T-Mobile Business hotspot. It was quick and easy, the video does not overwhelm the connection.

Disconnects randomly, refuses to reconnect. Learned shortly after purchase Arlo was going to be enforcing a form of planned obsolescence. Additionally, much of the advertised functionality requires a recurring subscription.

Good cameras very sensitive batteries die fast in high traffic areas

I didnt like the image, the video was slow and the imagen in the dark wasnt good

We have 4 Arlo pro 2 cameras we bought this to add to it but then realize we had to have a subscription for $10 per camera and took it back and kept the Arlo pro too that worked great with no subscription.

Not the best decision i made as an adult. So not worth the money. They sometimes just don't work.

Love these things. Crooks can see them but I see the crooks first!
