All you need is wifi to set up directly to the app. Clear images from a reasonable distance and records for up to 300 seconds per clip(or until no motion is sensed). My biggest issue with this camera is that sometimes it misses certain motion detection. It catches my car driving into my driveway 90% of time time. Makes me wonder what if fails to catch a crucial moment. Sometimes also I have issues trying to speak thru the camera using my arlo app.

Set up took minutes and was fast and easy. It's also nice not having a hub and connected directly to wifi. The hardest part was figuring out where to mount camera's on my house. Having all the settings in the app for each camera keeps it tailored to exactly what you need and want to focus on. Again, great quality, decent price, and very dependable and easy to use.
