Apparently, Arlo requires a subscription to get notifications beyond the trial period. I intentionally wanted to avoid monthly fees for Monitoring and am disappointed that these cameras offer little in terms of video or still pic capture. Arlo has no customer service so you are limited to reading articles to figure out your issues. I would not purchase again!

Don’t like how often the batter needs to be recharged. One of the cameras needed to be recharged within 4 days of use. I have since adjusted the notification for motion on camera but battery still goes down daily quick. Wish battery life would last longer.
