Functionality & the app are good, but the battery doesn't consistently last at all. We ended up buying an additional attachment so we could physically plug it into an outlet.

Easy to install and video quality is fine. Power cables and mounts are too expensive (as is the camera) but good quality. App is a little slow to respond. Nice that no hub is required! Overall this is an easy solution for security.

I love this system. They work great. I bought the solar charging system with these. I highly recommend this to make it easier and able to work while I travel.

It has good quality picture. The negative thing is always a few seconds behind behind. It has great speaker. They were easy to install.

I have older arlo cameras that allow you to screw it into a mount, however this one has the mount built in to it and it makes it awkward to use the camera in spots i dont plan to mount them to

Pretty easy set up. Can do with in an hour. Only set back tho is the battery’s come out of box with only 25% charge

Good quality picture during the day. Not so good at night. Not even with the spotlight. I turned the spotlight off to keep it on regular night vision because there is a better picture. Not the best but ok. If you have a lot of traffic where the camera is your battery will die within 2 to 3 days. I have a camera where there is not much traffic and the battery has lasted 3 weeks. I do like the view during the day. The zoom works but I cannot read a license plate number unless it around 5 feet away from the camera. Very blurry with the zoom. I still recommend these camera to whoever is looking into cameras. When using the 2 way talking you have to be very close to the camera. They can hear you but you can’t hear them unless they are talking with a loud voice.

After two weeks of extreme frustration, I'm writing this to help others. This "exclusive" Best Buy kit comes with "security mounts" that do not: a) swivel past approx 45 degrees for proper positioning; b) come off the camera (properly); or b) allow swap out to other mounts (magnetic, swivel, etc.). This means your ONLY option is basically a very simple angle adjustment - or - adding a huge "ceiling mount" (optional add-on) that gives a little more flexibility for ceiling locations. Otherwise, stay away from this kit. There is nothing in the documentation that explains this. The Arlo support isn't great so getting this figured out was awful. The cameras themselves are very good...just don't buy this kit without understanding the major limitation.

I purchase this Arlo Pro 4 with spotlight on 12/18/22. The spotlight no longer works properly. It hardly gives off light. Otherwise, it the daytime, the camera works as designed-clear picture.

Bought them and love the way cameras pick up everything immediately but the battery only last me about 2 weeks .

The motion detection falls way short of the 25 feet it states per the specs. It seems more like 15-20 feet. We had to buy additional cameras to get adequate coverage.
