I would recommend this to a friend Can't onboard cameras on 2.4Ghz with COMCAST modem

New COMCAST modems use a single network name for both bands and automatically band steer to 5GHz causing cameras to not see your laptop during the onboard process. The only way around it is to temporarily disable the 5GHz radio on the COMCAST modem and force both the laptop and cameras to the same band.

It is hard to program camera to only be from night to next morning. For the first month the camera kept going offline every other day.

I left town right after I installed the cameras and have not had any problems. I like the span of the cameras, I have one in my backyard and I can see from fence to fence. And the one that I installed facing my front door get the front of the house completely.
