    Just bought these new Cameras. I’m yet to still open them but I’m excited about them being setup around my new house so I will feel safer about what goes on around my family.

    They said battery life shouldn't have to change them more than 1 a month. I change these out every week. Even with good internet. I ran a third camera next to the router And it still died in a week and a half

    I Really like my cameras the only thing the motions is a little bit slow but I’m going to buy a WiFi extended

    Consumers Report did not rate the Pro 4 as high as the other models but I could not find them locally. I bought 1 Pro 4 to try out. It worked fine at first. I did not mount it out side. I decided to get a 3 bundle pack. While waiting to get it, the first one stopped being online. I removed it and tried to reinstall it. It would search but could not be found by computer or phone. When the 3 came all of them worked fine. I was going to take the first one back. The next day one of the three stopped working. It did the same thing the first one did. I got them on 3/9/22 and the 2 of 3 bundle are still working on 3/14/22. I am pretty good on reading and finding problems with electronics. My router and network are working fine. I did notice that the Arlo website didn't work all the time. I asked for help online. I spent a lot of time with customer service but he didn't fix problem. He said he would send it to someone higher up. The next day I received a email with some of the same things I already did. I responded to the email and told Mary I have done those things and have spent enough time on it. I am taking them all back because the others can stop at any time. None of them were mounted outside. Arlo has a problem with their Pro 4 cameras going offline and not being able to reconnect. It will search but never find the camera. The first time it found the cameras within a couple of seconds. I am very disappointed and will check out another brand. When the Arlo cameras worked the picture was good but there was a delay in starting video. Notifications did not work every time but most of the time.

    Works great. Every time my dog goes to the back the camera goes off, that is a bit annoying. But I will put up with that for the security at other times. Make sure you adjust the camera as I was picking up every car that drove by. Great product.

    Works great and easy set up. I have Arlo and Arlo Pro2 cameras that I purchased a few years ago. The Pro4 cameras are huge improvement in battery life and video quality.

    Solid option. But you need to pay monthly to have recording feature and a few others. $4 per camera

    Bro four cameras didn’t work well until I finally bought a base hub unit instead of using Wi-Fi. They kept disconnecting and would not reconnect to Wi-Fi, I would have to reset them up multiple times. Disappointed.

    This was a Christmas gift for my husband. He is very difficult to buy for, so I did my research and hoped for the best. Not only was he extremely pleased, but the person we asked to help us install them, said they were the best he had seen!

    We were updating from Arlo Pro 2 which is obsolete. Do we purchased Arlo Pro 4 w/spotlight feature 3 camera bundle. Really like the broad camera view is Arlo Pro 4 w/spotlight

    I had the original Arlo cameras for years and when I needed to upgrade I stayed with Arlo. Easy to install, quality of recording is great. Very happy with my purchase

    The camera came without a charging cable. When we started checking into why there was no charging cable we discovered that it would have to be purchased separately, and would cost $25, and other accessories that we might want/need would also be quite expensive. Telephone support on the camera was non-existent because we did not buy it direct from Arlo. The camera did seem to produce a good quality video, but there was quite a lag in between when something happened and when it would show up on the live feed. We had planned to buy a few of these to cover all approaches to the house, but we were not impressed with the performance or the support, especially considering the price, so we returned the camera.

    DISAPPOINTED Need to change of battery mont

    I would not recommend this camera set. The batteries only lasted 2 weeks. We were never told you need a monthly subscription. We are elderly (over 70) my husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran. We are in NO condition to be climbing ladders every month. Worse thing followed----I had camera's taken down and planned to return them for a refund. BE Careful you only 15 days from purchase to have cameras returned. We had them 18 days. I would not recommend these camera's unless you plan on replacing the batteries monthly.

    Have had these up and running for about 4 months. For the price - the cameras a good quality but all the features you would use (like being able to set a zone for the camera to watch so it doesn’t chime at everything endlessly, and being able to open your phone and see what the motion detected was) are locked behind a monthly subscription. Would not recommend unless you want to pay monthly for their app service. (App fee is $7 now but this also is not a live monitored security company, it’s paying for key features and memory)
