The cameras are awesome.... They do a awesome job.

Very good cameras, definition is great. The spotlight is usefull, even though it cannot be disabled. The batteries only last half the estimated time, I'm guessing due to the spotlight turning on a lot. The set up was medium difficulty (recommend pro install)

Set up is fairly easy. I have had a few glitches, but think it was due to a weak WiFi signal. I have beefed that up and will see if it solves the problem. Batteries do not stay charged long. I got a cable to an A/C outlet. Works well. I don't know if the solar chargers work. That is the next step. Very good video during the day. Night time is so-so.

Arlo wifi cameras work great. Battery life could be longer s if you don’t want to take them out ever 5-7 days get the solar panel. I haven’t had to Climb a latter ladder in over 3 months with the solar panels. 95% of the time, the cameras remain 100% charged

These are great cameras. The picture quality is amazing. You can zoom in to see every little detail. The flash light give you color recording at night. And Lastly the set and installation is a breeze.

Purchased these cameras in December and, set them up over the weekend. The cameras have a great picture, and the notification function works great. After installing the first three cameras we decided to add three more for better coverage of the house. The installation was straightforward using the Arlo app and Iphone. You can adjust the motion detection which, is a great feature when the wind is strong and the trees start moving. The Best Buy bundle is about the best value around for the Arlo Pro 4 cameras. The batteries seem to be holding up even with the high activity levels on our canal. In summary these are great cameras.

Easiest installation. Drill 3 holes, screw down base. Mount camera. Download app. Register. Go. Added solar charging panel for easy battery maintenance. Plugged in hub. Next step, add USB storage for local file saving.

Was able to set these up easily in my new office for drug testing - the magnetic wall mounts are simple but sturdy & allow for adjustment to accommodate many different vantage points - video is very clear!

Pick up on animals, people, and vehicles with surprising accuracy. You can adjust settings to change which alerts you receive (my husband turned off animal alerts). We really like that these are wireless. Picks up on people well but maybe doesn't get a great picture of their face but our cameras are set a little far from the door/driveway. Came with a free subscription for....3 months? So there is still a subscription to pay for at some point but Arlo had different levels of subscriptions so we liked that there were at least options. Can also set "security zones" so that it only alerts/records for subjects that enter the area you designate. This is great so we don't receive alerts for normal traffic, etc.

Headache free installation, video is clear even at night, easy to use app

The position we put the camera was great, the video quality was amazing and the 2 way was awesome. My only issue was the battery life. We have a toddler so we couldn't use a cord to go to the outlet in our apartment.

When they work, they get small snippets of activities. They miss entire days of activities without triggering. I had to switch to continuous video recording at a much higher price to not miss activities. CVR only works if the camera is on the wired charger and the hub is online even though I have a 256 gig chip in the hub. The hub has difficulty maintaining internet connection taking it offline frequently each day. Internet is fine or I would not be able to work from home. If I had it to do over, I would get a local storage system where internet is not required to record even locally. Articles say it can record to the hub when the internet is down. But, that is a lie. Summary, the hub spends 20% of the time offline and so is the system. Misses entire day of activities. Great quality images when it is online or capturing images.

The cameras work well and are reasonably priced. The setup with total tech was seemless. The only negative is that the batteries only maintain a charge for toughly one week. In hind site, I would have invested in the hard wired system instead of the wireless version.

Camera quality is very good, and the operate as mentioned. My biggest issue is battery life, they do not hold up as they advertise but apart from that it is a very good product.

Great sound and video quality. My problem is more than likely user error as I have not had an opportunity to play with the settings but the batteries do die about every two weeks. I was hoping for at least a month of battery life.

The product does work fairly well. I have to switch the batteries for the front door every couple days due to living by a busy road, which is a head ache. Other then that the only issue is that there can only be one person looking at the camera footage on the app at a time. If I login into the app while my wife is looking at it, it will log her off.

I love how easy it is to set up this camera system. No wires, no fuss. The app works really well and the playback is super detailed oriented. I also love how each camera has a spot light for night, and you can have it automatically turn on when there is motion detected. Or you can turn on the light just to see what’s going on in the live feed.

Video quality is good and setup and install was relatively easy. Battery performance is not good, needed to connect power or was needing to recharge battery every 3 days. Configured motion alert sensitivity and battery optimization to try to help, but saw no real improvement.

I was able to connect 1st camera almost immediately, however, it took about 3 days to figure out why my other 2 cameras would not connect. It was extremely difficult to get support from Arlo since there was no contact information available other than chat via online. This was not helpful being that the chat with the agents was lost 4 times. I finally contacted my internet subscriber and upgraded my internet service after realizing that maybe my internet service was probably the issue with being unable to connect the other 2 cameras and I was right. Cameras are all up and running now. FYI, the battery life is definitely not up to 6 months as per Arlo. One of my cameras batteries died already and it was up for only 5 days. I am not impressed with the battery life. For the price of the cameras there is no reason why batteries died during first week up and I had so much issues connecting cameras.
