Of all of the competitors in the home security market, Arlo continues to improve it's hardware and software capability. I bought my first Arlo system in 2012 and it is still working and reliable. It is nice to find a security system that allows newer cameras to work with the original base and older cameras.

I am unable to write a review, because I exchanged this item and chose another type of of outdoor video camera.

Arlo is not what it used to be. The ease of use and the ability to simplify home security has been lost. There is no one to talk to besides people trying to upsell you while in trial before they will offer help. Cameras stuck cycling trying to connect only to time out with no live help only referrals to forums of other dissatisfied customers trying to cobble together acceptable solutions.

Arlo products has never failed me yet, reliable as always.

Kept doubting about the cameras but it ended up buying it & I'm glad i did.

Purchased the 3 park or Arlo Pro 4. One of the cameras stopped working in about 2 months. Returned the cameras (we had the extended protection plan), and grabbed another 3 pack. Once again, one of the cameras went out in 3 months. These cameras were put up to monitor the property around my parents house, Arlo was a huge FAIL. Going to just go with RING. I've had a great experience with the RING cameras on my property.

I have had a Arlo Essential and appreciate the quality and flexibility. I bought this for a more detailed monitoring of key areas in front of the house, especially at night. It has outstanding picture quality and good options for control. I believe that the Arlo app is a bit difficult to use and configure and their pricing is not as good as Nest.

So far so good. Clear. Bright cameras. Connect easily to your internet 3 months free trial , too bad after that Arlo wants you to charge fee. Check Google Nest , they do not charge I will not buy on the basis you pay monthly recording fee on the top of your security system fee

read the small print. the batteries are very small. certainly not the standard nor the xl's. now i know why the price was so good.

Love these! I turn the light on and off to scare random animals off our porch at night when the motion sensor alerts me they are there.

Right out of the box they were super easy to hook up just follow the instructions. Have allready recommended to my friend to look into getting a Arlo setup and he's happy with his too.. My only gripe is that sometimes they tend to disconnect but I'm hoping after getting my wifi mesh set up that will solve the issue. Looking forward to adding more cams around the house.

Ordered through Best Buy because even with Arlo 50% off offer, it was still cheaper.

The batteries are weak and will be discharged in less than a week. Bought a solar panal for the camera to help with the charging and guess what? not a full 24hrs later and the batter is at 45%. Imagen climbing up and down the latter to charge the batteries every couple days. Do not buy

Has a good resolution and my mom feel secure with the camera at home

This will give you a piece of mind when you're away from home. With the high resolution you're able to see things clearly.

I have some Arlo Pro 2, Arlo Pro 3, and Arlo 3 essential. The anti theft feature is a nice added feature the others don’t have.

These camera are very good quality and have long battery life.

Great cameras but the batteries don't keep a long enough charge. I find myself having to put the cameras on OFF mode in certain occasions.
