I got a 10%-battery notification 27 days after buying it (and, yes, I did charge it to full the day I got it). 27 days to drop by 90% suggests 30 days for 100%. I know it depends on usage; but this is ludicrous.

You can change settings to make it better battery life, less sensitive and specific activity zones to make it more efficient for your needs but it still depleted faster than the 6 month timeline.

Customer Service from this company is HORRIBLE

But when it stops working, you’re on your own because their customer service is THE WORST. My IR LEDs stopped working and I’ve spend more than 7 hours total with 3 different representatives telling me to the same thing, almost verbatim. It’s really annoying. Yes, I restarted it. Yes, I’m on the latest version of the app. Yes, I’ve tried switching the toggles back and forth. Yes, I’m on the same WiFi. I know how to trouble basic issues I’m a millennial with an engineering background. They just want to tire you out so you buy a replacement. But because I hate them so much now I’m going with a different brand and letting everyone else know.

Bad security camera

It was the wrong system for me. I had intended on purchasing the Pro 3 system. This system has a hub & I can record video w/o using the Cloud. I returned the unopened box & exchanged it for a Pro 3. It works like I had intended for it to work. The guy at Best Buy was extremely helpful.

Not worth the money

Then it would just stop connecting to the internet. Bought a cheap 50$ one and have never had an issue
