I brought cameras back in wrapped box after 15 days and was told they would not take them back. They offered to sell me a $50 warranty plan that would extend return policy to 60 days

We get notified with any movement but its specific when it alerts, person, animal or vehicle. The only down side when connecting them for the first time i lost signal a couple of times. Overl all love them will add more to house

Bought this set from Best Buy and one camera stopped connecting after 3 months. Arlo support DOES NOT HELP. They’ll make you run around in circles doing useless troubleshooting to the point you don’t even care anymore. I’m getting rid of all The Arlo cameras. Wish I could return this awful product.

This is a very bad product. The first month of this camera was good, but from the second month on, the camera couldn’t turn on the microphone, and there was noise every time I turned it on, and the people on the other side of the camera couldn’t hear my voice.

Needs a design change

Returned item for easy Best Buy refund. Item looks great and is sold at a fair price, but unable to install batteries making it impossible to use. Suggest a design change. Covers are pressure fitted.

It isn't a security device because it doesn't record on motions or when you didn't turn it on from the application. Which defy the purpose of having a security camera. Example. U are sleeping, and something happened. There will be no recording because u are not awake to turn on the devices on applications.
