They are great only thing is don’t expect the battery to last long if your in a hight traffic area. I do have them at max resolution and max quality/ who wouldn’t lol that also is my problome but they are in my retail store so capturing tons of clips and I get pry about a week at max with them. However there easy to charge so it is what it is..also keep your eyes peeled as they go on sale a lot at Best Buy I got lucky and got them after the holidays for 350 wich is a steal if you ask me…600 doesn’t sound as good to me but still fair

These cameras are the best of the best. They are so easy to set up and use and incredible battery life. Also the smart features are great as far as filtering what motion alerts trigger notifications on your phone. I love everything about it. The night vision is great and it picks up audio very clearly.

Bought these as a replacement to my last Arlo cameras. The 2k picture is great and I'm not sure it would be worth the extra money to get the 4k. I don't love that you now have to have a subscription to store videos, but it looks like all the camera companies are going that way.

These cameras are good for general security camera coverage around the house. Get the 4K version if you need greater detail. I like having no wires to install, the batteries last a few weeks which isn't too hard to swap out and charge. Note that the "advanced features" require a monthly subscription.

The Install was super easy and the app is very user friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t do enough research before purchasing and have learned that because these are battery operated, they will technically not be functional in climates below -14. These are way too expensive to be useless during our harsh winter months which is a huge bummer because we do really like these cameras. We highly recommend these for anyone who lives in warmer climates!

I researched security cameras and found that Arlo had the highest ratings over multiple years. I have not had any other outdoor camera, so I have no way to compare Arlo's performance with anything else. It did take a while to get the cameras set up and connected to our Alexa, but now that they are functional, I love the system because I can get audible alerts. I am still having issues with the camera picking up animals even though I have deselected that option on settings, but I am pleased with the video quality of the camera.

Nice system, easy to set up and mount where needed, and for the most part easy to program. Now for the bad…I’ve tried over and over to set it to use the zone feature so we done get the cars driving by (no luck), tried to turn off notifications for vehicles and on certain cameras no motion (no luck). All in all I’m happy but the bad affects the battery life so every 3 or 4 days I’m replacing the battery. Good charger and it easy to do so there is that. I haven’t upgraded to the solar charger yet.

Great quality video and easy setup. Provides great peace of mind when I am away by sending motion alerts with a photo to my phone and Apple Watch.

The image is clear from far away and zooming in is kind of pixelated but overall good quality and the arlo security features are great.

It's good to watch, and have protection around your yard cuz you never know what people might do. It catches everything

Instruction were clear, easy to follow. I have a VMB 4000 base station with four Arlo Pro 2 cameras so I decided to connect the Arlo Pro 4 camera to the base station. Setting up the Pro 4 camera was easy. One thing that is impressive is the field of view and the 2k resolution. The Pro 4 comes with a 3 month trial Arlo smart plan which pretty neat. It makes zones unnecessary but you can set 3 zones for detection. The color is really good. The spot light is good but I prefer to use the night vision IR which is really good. It has track and zoom but with 2k resolution you can manually zoom on the recording which very sharp and clear. I live in a forest so I get lots of animals. Bears and deer. I recommend the Arlo Pro 4 cammera.

Great Picture, Bad Battery Life I get about 3 weeks, on a camera hanging above my garage at the front door. I don't know how they say it gets a much longer battery life maybe if it is an area which it never has to record.

Awesome except at night it's dark and gets unclear unless you put more lighting in background. But I caught theifs and couldn't really see them but heard them and police will take care of them for sure. Especially if they come back cas I got an indoor one without the spotlight to record in the pole barn where they stole buckets of tool my dad collected for 40 years and I am trying to protect it all on 2 and a half acres so I'm protecting his legacy for 40 years of being in this one property. It's really painful to know I was invaded my privacy in 2 days after I got the cameras they didn't even care they were being recorded since the spotlight turned on when they passed them and my roommate was the ringleader she's now outta here and never to return.

Typical Arlo stuff. Good cameras, decent battery life and good software/services. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the housings have a fixed mount on the back. I've seen other Pro 4 cameras (Sam's Club) that have the old magnet on the back with the screw mount on the bottom which makes mounting way more versatile. Other than that, excellent value.

Excellent quality and resolution photos and videos. Up to par if not better than Google Nest camera.

I have this system bundled with the Arlo door bell and the $10 a month subscription service. I waited almost a year to post a review so I could ensure the hardware, software, mobile app and support meets my families high standards. This hardware has stood up to hot Florida summers and sun plus a hurricane this year. It has performed without failure and battery replacement/ charging is very easy. The mobil app is good but not great. Setting up schedules and zones is relatively easy however randomly the cameras will turn on or off outside of the schedule. This is rare but still should be fixed on future updates. The subscription is for cloud storage and we love it, great value for the money. Arlo normally has great discounts for Black Friday so I would definitely recommend these camera systems and subscription service.

It doesn't capture everything. For instance, a neighbor dropped off a fruit cake right in front of the camera but it didn't capture it. So, I was left guessing which neighbor dropped it off. I've had it for about a year now, and the batteries are starting to run out quickly.

We have always used night owl cameras, but decided to give these a try after moving. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we love them. We’ve had 0 issues with the battery life, and have had them up and going for about 3 months now. The picture is clear, I like that you can talk through them. You can arm/disarm them even while away from your home. It’s a great piece of mind. My only complaint is that I wish the night vision was better. But overall they are a great set up of cameras.

Works great. Good video, for both day and night time videos. The sound quality is also good for how small the camra is.
