Camera quality is very good. The battery just doesn’t see to last only for a week but I will say we have a lot of car activity on our street.

The product was mostly easy to setup although one of the cameras gave some hard time to setup and connect to WIFI. Over all good.

Good camera; however it has some weird behavior for example when turning the camera on live view when I turn it off it will start recording and sometimes record for up to 5 minutes, I will have to turn the camera off and then back on to stop recording. I purchased two of these cameras and the other one does not do this. Otherwise I’m pretty satisfied.

Extremely easy to setup, great picture and video quality. We upgraded from an older model without 2 way communication, so this was an awesome feature to add.

I recently took my new Pro 4 out of the box. It was easy to add to my network. The video is excellent, it captures a broad swath across my front yard and beyond. I will add more info after I add the remaining two cameras and test in rain and night conditions.

Good quality camera, I just wish it had a better siren, the siren can be activated through the app which is really nice, but the siren is kind of a lower sound for being a siren, I was expecting it to be louder. Night vision works good and the spotlight to use the camera in color at night is a nice feature

I have been really happy with my purchase. Battery life is somewhat less than expected but still within reason. Really good image quality

I LOVE this camera set. It was on sale, so I had to get it. It is easy to use and setup. Downside is that you have to pay a subscription to get full use, but it is affordable. You didn't used to need a subscription in past models.

They work great. Super easy installation process. Amazing clarity in video snips. Only down fall is the battery does not last no where near 6 months per charge. I find myself climbing the ladder twice a month to recharge. I would recommend it if you are looking to upgrade your surveillance.

Easy to install and setup. Battery life depends on how many times the camera is activatated. Ex: back yard where the dog plays gets a lot of action. You can deactivate them, one or all anytime you desire. If not hardwired place them where you can easily change out the battery. Four rechargeable batteries are included so one is always charged and ready when needed.I have mine at 8 to 9 feet above ground level. Overall, I am satisfied with their performance

Have been a user of Arlo Pro cameras since 2016. After looking at the specs of the Arlo Pro4 we were happy to buy them through Best Buy as they had the best deal hands down. The cameras are nowhere near as smooth as the older/original Pro model. The definiton is fantastic during the day. At night it's so so. There are less options regarding CVR and low light settings if you connect directly through your wifi, forcing you to connect through a base station if you want all features. My biggest disappointment has been that the app fails to load the latest preview/activity on the main arlo homepage and the presence of lights in the nighttime causes night vision flares. Bottom line, these are good cameras for a decent price and youll most likely be happy with them.

Good camera overall. Sharp images, easy to install. The only negative I have is the Sensitivity Setting. On AWAY Mode is hard to control so, I always just left it in the HOME Mode to avoid getting like 30 notifications an hour.

Not the easiest to set up, but once you do it is pretty good.

I purchased these cameras on Black Friday 2021 I was so excited they quality of the video is awesome and the set up is easy peezy but I couldn’t get them to connect to my WiFi.. I tried and tried and when I tried to contact support you never speak to a live person it support via text with a real person I have the flood light and door bell as well that’s how I know the quality of the video is awesom but I paid 1000$ for a whole set up including the solar panels and for the price I paid I feel like I shouldn’t have been struggling to get the arlo pro 4 camera to connect I do not recommend these cameras due to their connection set up and I returned them although I did keep the flood light and doorbell

The quality of the camera is excellent. But it seems it does not have cloud recording facility unlike Arlo Pro2 etc. This is huge drawback. One does not expect to be sitting 24x7 to see live streaming of the camera in a normal household. Buying a subscription is not quite economical also. I wish they had the free motion-operated cloud recordings with this model.

We replaced our old Arlo Pro cameras with the Arlo Pro 4 cameras. These cameras don't need a hub, they connect to Wi-Fi directly. I didn't have any problems connecting the cameras, they work great. The motion sensitivity is way more sensitive, it took a while to get that set, I have my main camera set to 50%. Having an extra battery is great, I just replace the battery in the camera with a freshly charged battery, it takes less than a minute to replace.

The camera is a really good camera and has good audio. Arlo has a good product. However, Arlo's support leave a lot to be desired. It's almost impossible to sync with our wireless WIFI. Arlo needs to update to 5G. Most of my problems was getting my WIFI to recognize the 2.4 system.

We bought these cameras on sale at a great price. These cameras are easy to set up, and provide great video quality during the day and night. Battery life could be better though.

The Geek squad pair of guys were awesome. It was well worth the expense to have their help. The cameras can see things from very far away( a lot farther than I thought they would) They seem to be a great quality. I have only had them up a few days but everything looks positive
