Upgraded from our old arlo cameras and love them. The picture and sound quality is good and I love how they connect to Wi-Fi and I don’t have to have them connected to the base station.

Really great pictures and sound. Very wide view. These are a big upgrade from our previous cameras.

Work great. Only issue is battery does not last long when you have heavy traffic.

Great camera. Love the new features( magnetic charger, removable batteries, and the ability to distinguish between person, Animal, or car)

The cameras work great. It’s the battery that has be replaced. So if the battery dies and I am not home then someone has to replace the battery this is with the solar panels hooked .

Cameras are great. A little disappointed in battery life

I bought these to replace some older versions of Arlo that were nearing end of life for support. Great cameras. Love the built in spotlight. Only diwn side is you only get three months of trial for the vudeo storage, then you have to subscribe to Arlo Secure to get storage. If you have a base station you can get around this by using a card ir usb dependibg on the type of base station you have. Using this option you have to remive tge card/usb and view stored videos on a PC or laptop. I just went with the subscription.

Very easy to set up! Didn’t take me very long either. Camera looks good, but wished I would have bought the flood like one and just the smaller camera for the corner of my house. I already have a doorbell cam on the front and back door, motion sensors and I still have two more cameras to put up outside. I’m not going to stop until I have the entire setup, whatever they offer.

Good vision good quality, the only problem is the battery it is good for 2 or 3 days only. Will buy the solar chargers that way they keep working with out running out of battery

Arlo has been one of many surveillance cameras we have tried on our home but is the only one we have stuck with. We had the Arlo 3 and decided to make the upgrade to the 4 and are very happy we did.

Easy to set up, Picture quality is fantastic! The cameras can pick up everything that moves. Easy to adjust settings.

Good quality camera system. Only complaint I have is how fast the batteries die. Would recommend for viewing clear pictures.

Super easy to set up! No wires so they are not complicated to install! They were mounted in a few minutes and connected to my phone in minutes! Highly recommend it!!

A bit of a struggle to get them synced but picture is very clear once working.

I love and hate Arlo products. Great when they work, hate them and their tech support when they don't! Had issues adding/setting up cameras in which cameras and device/phone used to setup BOTH must be on the 2.4Ghz network. I have a mesh network and single SSID. Cameras connected fine but my phone kept connecting 5Ghz and could not force on current Android 12 or on router. Solution talking to tech support... Use old phone and load app! It worked, but really?? I had all 3 working great. Within a week one goes off line. Took down and was in a state as though it has never been configured! Finally (with old phone off course) got it going again and has been working. Activity zones remain a problem across the products and Arlo does nothing to address. One minute they are working and the next motion alerts where it should be blocked. Reset, save and you are good for... Days or weeks. Other than that the image quality is great. App works most of the time (on the new phone). Note to self...keep old phone handy just in case.

The picture and sound is good quality for being a wifi camera. The videos can be zoomed in on and it covers a lot of area. I would recommend them if you are looking to self monitor.

I purchased three Arlo Pro 4 cameras because we were burglarized. I set the sensitivity to high, but it doesn't stay as "high". I continually have to check it and change it back to high. Of the two cameras on the front of my house (pointed toward the street), they missed people and vehicles that were directly in front of my house. I changed the audio sensitivity to high so they basically record all day, 5 minutes at a time. I catch everything now. Well, sometimes the cameras go offline for no reason, but they generally come back online. One time I had to completely remove one camera from my account and reinstall. That was pretty annoying. There is no way to speed watch the recordings (that I know of). However, this is a minor inconvenience when you consider a stranger could be burglarizing your home and you don't know who they are, how they got in, etc. I purchased 2 extra batteries and will purchase a dual battery charger because even though I gave the cameras only 3 stars, I do like them.
