Great cameras - easy to set up and excellent video - catches everything and alerts to phone. I suggest setting them up indoors prior to screwing the bases onto any surfaces so you can test the video. When setting them up you will have to connect to wifi and scan a QR code to camera (can be a bit annoying from a ladder if installing up high). I bought during a sale and felt the price was a great deal!

Great camera and easy to install Picture are great

Good camera quality. The battery life is no where near what was advertised as 3-6 months. Lucky to get 3-6 weeks without needing to change the battery. It comes with a spare and charger but having to change the battery that often isn’t fun.

Great starter kit for home security cameras. Comes with three high-quality cameras with secure mounting posts. It also includes a separate charging station to easily charge the battery. Battery life is really good and they can also be connected to a solar panel if purchased separately.

If you buy just make sure you plan on using their subscription service. The AI and battery life doesn’t work well with out it. With the subscription the batteries last crazy long. Work the money honestly. I caught someone breaking in my garage while at work and used the app to notify the police.

I have several of the Arlo pro 4 cameras. They are teliable and work well with my system. I use them both indoors and outdoors

We like the app and features much more than the google, we've had issues in the past with the cameras not charging, which is why we tried the nest, hopefully we dont have that issue again

Needed extra cameras and batteries and got this on sale. Part of an existing system. The batteries and charging are somewhat inconsistent but work for the most part.

After recommendations from our son who had an older version we decided to purchase this arlo. It’s almost 2 years since purchased. Works great. Had a couple of small issues, called customer service and was resolved quickly. Also in our second year we opted to do the yearly rather than monthly. Much more cost effective for us as retirees on fixed income.

The quality of the picture of these cameras is great. The battery life needs improvement. Having to change batteries often is not always convenient. It took over a month after purchasing to have Best Buy install them

These are just what we needed. good quality video & easy setup. yes theres subscription but its cheap & worth it for peace of mind. Sometimes you never know what you catch on these. The other day some mutants burst through a gate behind my neighbors home & i have it all on video. its crazy what happens when you're not around

i installed these cameras just over 10 days ago they are still going on their first charge better battery performance than expected I would like a little sharper image at distance but the image is as good as anything else in the price range the cameras that have the image quality I am after are way more expensive. the added benefit of these is that they are easy to move

Excellent quality product, I recommend. I want to thank the highly qualified and attentive Best Bay attendants in particular. I'll tell you a secret here, I'm not going to another store, because I know the best bay has everything I need, from refrigerator, tvs, everything. Speaking of proper experience, I bought my refrigerator, television, computer, my drones, all at Best Bay! If there is best bay; go to another store for what? Be smart and make time and money.

Love it. Would recommend to anyone I know. Clear images. Has audio. Simple to use. Down side is battery is short, but it’s rechargeable.

Added this camera to an existing system. The camera is great however if you don't purchase a subscription you will not get any video ONLY motion detection and live feed. I had to reset the camera a few times, the others as well. Don't know why but it happened on all cameras at different times. Battery life is one month then recharge or get a solar panel. Bottom line: Great camera when working, subscription needed or you have a very expensive motion detector/live feed camera, purchase an additional solar panel.

The Arlo Security Camera has good quality, you have to go online to learn all of the operations. Best Buy Geeks are not up to speed with operations. Problem, I purchased the Camera System in February and it took Best Buy until May to come out and install.

Great video and very impressed with the system, the Greek squad individual explained everything as he installed the system for us.

Everything is good in quality, but the charge doesn’t last that long as the arlo box says, one more thing is that the little taps are delicated.
