Relatively easy to set up. Instructions were sparse but adequate, mostly intuitive. Need some tech support, but haven’t called in yet. System is operational from start up, just can’t yet share all cameras.

I easy to use, great video quality and a terrific app!

OK so these cameras are awesome. They have a great picture I can see everything clearly and I love being able to see who’s at my front door before I answer it. I can watch my kiddos on it in the front yard and even my pets walking around, provides me with security, knowing all of my family is safe.

I recently converted all my security cameras to Arlo. The old system I used, Q-See, was great but the company no longer exists and you can't buy replacement parts. The install of five cameras took less than an hour to setup and install. The cameras come with the security mounts already attached so no need to buy extra mounts. Well worth the money spent for a much better system.

I had Wyze cams before, hit and miss with reliability. Then Wyze backed me into a corner to pay for service. Arlo cams are awesome, color, light, reliable, wireless. I’ll pay for Arlo’s service, its top notch. The app is easy to use and we love the system. We added the wireless doorbell too. Good stuff.

Love this camera bundles. We set it up so easily without needing much help. However, battery has to be changed more often than we expected

My husband loves these for the security set up, we even saw some random people walking through our yard to put door!! however I have noticed the batteries don’t last but a couple days. Would also be nice if they allowed multiple people to be loved in at one time

I really liked your system for capturing people, animals, packages, the one that you can activate an alarm from your cell phone or simply that by clicking on your cell phone you can talk on camera, the battery has already been two weeks and is great, good performance and good video quality both during the day and at night, I'm happy with this choice, and the best thing is that it's not magnetic, so it doesn't get stolen

This is a great camera system. Would buy again. Had for a month already. Quality is great.

Pretty good product but I wish they didn't claim a battery life of 6 months cause I have fairly brand new setup and the battery still goes out almost every month ! Other than that, pretty good !

I love the arlo products have have bought multiple cameras. These ones are great, only issue is if you lose the very tiny key you are out of luck. You cant get help from their customer service and you get the run around from Best Buy Total Tech support.

has a great picture and zoom. I like the light feature when motion is detected

Everything is awesome about this camera. Quality for video and audio is crisp. Only complaint is the app UI/UX. I wish i can scrub through the recordings like my nest camera.

Great cameras and quality is amazing. Easy to install and hook up through the app. The talk through camera feature is great for deliveries when I’m not home.

Battery life is horrible!! unless nothing Activates it. Smart notifications don’t work, I turned settings ( vehicles motion) off and they still activates camera. Also if you don’t sign up for their subscription you can’t view videos! The security screw on camera was stripped so I reached out to Arlo to replace but they kept sending wrong part after I sent pic of stripped screw, so I just gave up!
