Awesome video quality….great at recognizing animals vs people. Battery life is solid as well. Really liked my old Arlo but this was an great upgrade for us.

I absolutely love this package and is good if you want to pay the $1.99 fee monthly per camera but I prefer not to, so you have to get a Arlo smart hub for it so you have a USB port for external storage and to utilize the home app on apple for your cameras you have to have that too; otherwise, nice package at a good value.

I have 4 of these cameras along with som of the essential cameras. They are both great, top of the line, far superior to ring and other similar brands. I would recommend these particular cameras for outside, they are easy to install like all alto cameras but with the 4k hd and xtras that come with the pro 4s they are perfect for outside, of course they work great inside to but it is a overkill, your better off using the essential cameras inside unless you have some very large rooms. Both cameras work perfectly together.

Does what it's supposed to do. The only odd thing is the camera set comes with two different types of mounts - only one magnetic and the other screw-type. Weird.

Gives nice day pictures, but still not great night pictures as stated. Also have had cameras go offline for apparent reason.

Took around 45 minutes to get all three mounted and connected to the app. The app is very easy to use and each camera turns on a light at night which helps as a motion light too.

Great to see what is going on outside. Would give it 5 stars, but you can't really see a person's face. Surprised about all the animal activity.

Not worth the price. Cameras drawing the battery in very few weeks, according to some blogs you have to reduce the quality, sensitivity and recording time to extend the battery life. Cameras are to be set outside on hard to reach places, total annoyance having to drag an extension ladder every few weeks and climb to exchange the battery. Quality of image isn’t as good as hyped, specially at nights. There are constant delay’s when trying to catch a live view. I did a terrible job researching this product and didn’t realize there is a subscription request for this camera, if you don’t get it the camera will start sending constant notification of some “motion activity” triggering a recording but won’t let you see any recording and, as stated previously, will have delays to let you watch the live view. I’m way past the return period but will be throwing these away and getting something that serves the basics of security camera systems at a considerable price and reliability.

arlo pro 4 spotlight are great camera great because i have them in my shop i had two person try to brake inn but when they saw camera spotlight turn on they turn around and left.

We had an Arlo 2 camera system and decided to upgrade to the Arlo 4 so we could have night color. Best decision we could have made. We did our homework on the different security systems and Arlo by far received the best reviews. We are super pleased with our Arlo 4 security system.

They were easy to setup once I noticed the network speed they had to be at. I have had them setup since I purchased them and they are still on the same charge. I would like to have been able to buy the solar chargers at the same time, but my Best Buy did not carry them.

Full Disclosure - I haven't set these up yet. Our home suffered a number of unfortunate damage due to a lightning strike near our home. We lost a host of electronic devices to include routers, computers, televisions, video game controllers, a pool pump, a number of fuse blocks in the electrical panels, solar panel inverters, a lawn sprinkler control and our Arlo Pro3 security cameras along with the smart hub that came with them. In short, we haven't set up our cameras yet. We had a fire and are finishing up with the interior remodeling first. I hope to get these up soon but have other priorities. I do want to point out some nuances with these cameras that changed from the Pro 3 system we previously employed. The Pro 3 system included a smart hub. The hub was a dedicated router that could record from the cameras using a usb SD card. Since you can also purchase their cloud storage using a subscription, there's no need for the hub. You see where this is going. They did away with the hub. Now, you get security feeds on your phone that you can manually transfer to a storage media, or you can pay Arlo a monthly fee. The only problem I had was when our system was destroyed by lightning, I couldn't find a way to stop paying the monthly subscription. I went to my online account and couldn't find any links leading to cancellation or changing my payment method. I ended up paying for several months of service before I had to cancel my credit card and have another one issued. They canceled my account when I stopped paying. So, if you start a subscription, please ask how to opt out of service or change your payment method if either of those options are ever required. I plan to restart the service when I install my cameras and will ask at the time how to manage the account in case we ever get struck or if the camera ever fail. Our Pro 3 cameras worked for almost a year without any problems. I set zones, recorded a host of critters in the yard and used a combination of solar chargers and plugged-in outlets to power the system. The cameras work great and the batteries have a 3-month charging cycle. If you can't connect them to power, you'll likely forget to pull the batteries and charge them until they go out, months after you install them. They're expensive, but do work very well. You should consider them. I'm replacing my damaged cameras with another set. I hear they have Pro 5s out now. Look at what you can afford, compare features and add security and peace of mind to your home.

Best Buy was quick to ship my cameras and the cameras are great. Almost to good, they pick up everything and were very easy to install for this 77yr old , not to savvy on tech woman!!

Overall great product.. cameras can be very sensitive to movement but can be adjusted. Recommend solar panel charger if pointed towards street or high movement area. As it will pick all the movement, and drain battery quicker.

I replaced my older model Arlo cameras with these new ones and I am very satisfied with them. Very nice security cameras. They were easy to set up and easy to operate. I would and have recommend them to friends.

We put these up in every room in our warehouse ad love them. we can pull it up and see our dog and make sure he isnt getting into anything or doesnt need any help of sort. would recommend product to others

We love being able to see everything that goes on around our house! We had no idea how many animal visitors we have to our yard or how often they come by until we put up cameras.
