Don't buy these. One of my 3 cameras fell off my "free trial" of Arlo Secure so I can only view the live view. It gives me no notifications or events. I've chatted with tech support THREE times (the fourth time the system just kicked me out after over an hour wait in queue). The last chat, the rep said he would email me back within 24 hours because "his team was gone". I didn't believe him. It's now 4 days later and nothing. I'm back in line for chat, with "6 people ahead of me". Probably another hour wait. Tech support is the biggest joke I have seen in any tech company. Another gripe, there is a major delay from when you walk out in front of the cameras and you appear on that camera in the app. There is also a delay when an animal, vehicle, or person walks into the camera field. I get a notification and the event recording does not start when the object enters the field of view. If a burglar comes to my house, I can't tell the police which direction he or she came from because the person just appears in the middle of the driveway because that is when recording starts. Also, this video is NOT 2K. Good luck making out a plate...or a face. I'm also not paying $10 PER CAMERA for continuous video recording. My google nest door bell does this for $50 a year, with much better video quality. Probably going on the ladder, unscrewing these, shoving them in the box, and returning to Best Buy. It shouldn't be this hard.

I had the Arlo Pro 4 security cameras (6). I loved them. Unfortunately, we had a severe storm come throw with intense lightning and several of my cameras were affected by it. I did have the 4 yr protection plan (highly recommend). I took all 6 cameras back and got all new cameras with an upgrade to Arlo Pro 5S. Hassel free, stress free!

This is a great outdoor camera and i love the night vision on it. Another great feature is it breaks down what it sees like people, animals, car. Also, the rechargeable extra batteries are nice. I would recommend this product.

These are great! Have such a clear picture and alerts ease my mind when not around. Definitely would recommend.

If you're looking for a camera without delay or can actually see license plates, this is not it. The car will literally have to be within 20-30 ft or so from the camera so it's useless for cars on the street.

Got these so i can keep a eye on my home wireless connected to my hub can view from any where a good security and can save video to the cloud

The bundle is a great value for the money...until you sign up for the *required* service. Almost all of the functionality requires a subscription, which is -- gasp -- almost the cost of Netflix, which has millions of hours of content. It costs almost as much as Amazon Prime. And that's just to get the functionality that it lists on the package. The lowest package costs the same a Apple iCloud. The higher tiers of the service cost 2.5x. I love the hardware. Just can't recommend it.

The best quality security camera out there. With the high speed internet the video clarity is excellent. It has all the futures easy to install just download the App and follow the instructions.

Simple for our needs. Made us feel safer and so far we have been able to work it.

Great kit to get started with. You will need to get the solar panels or hard wire the cameras to keep charged if on busy street.

Junk. Won't stay connected. Ran through all the procedures and it worked fine for about a month. Then, tried to reinstall cameras and get them connected after they started giving us problems, and it is tedious to take down the camera every single time to try and test them and then changing the battery, because they only last about 10-12 days on one charge. Completely aggravating and frustrated as now we're stuck with it and $500 out the window. Also, Arlo customer service has been completely disinterested in helping us and directed us to their support page online which hasn't helped.

I like these cameras better than my Ultras I bought before these much better. I had a ton of lag with the ultras on live but these I am not getting it.

Easy install, great image quality. Very satisfied. Love that you can move them from room to room.

Best picture and fantastic night vision. The delay when trying to view events love prevents me from giving the Arlo 5 stars but if it ever receives a firmware update or if a smart hub rectifies this problem I will give it the full 5 stars.

Been using Alro brand for years, had to upgrade after 4 years. Great quality, clear pictures including night vision, sensor alerts, etc
