Spend a little more for a high end security camera

When it does, person or car are recorded 10 seconds or continues to record after activity stops (you don’t get initial movement of either person or car at times). Poor recording…battery only lasts 5 days (too much traffic in alley). Difficult to get a clear plate number; even with screen shot. I would not recommend for use in back of garage. Front porch works well; however at times person has already passed you get 2-3 seconds of movement. Walking up the steps you get a good recording. Wish I could say the same for garage camera. Sorry, I would have given this review 4 stars.

A Minor Flaw in the Finish

That being said, the camera itself is amazing as always per Arlo, just thinking I’ll buy the mechanical mount instead.
