Replacing a old set of cameras had for the last five years, and man what a difference, better pictures, they do so much more, will follow you subject and zoom in by it self, I’m in pressed.

I have had these cameras for almost a year now. The batteries last about 2 weeks, and the app is very easy to use.

Set up and installation was easy. The Arlo app walks you through everything. The video clarity and ability to create zones is a great improvement to the Arlo Pro 2 cameras I had previously.

The spotlight on the camera is not very strong. Video at night is lacking because of too much darkness. I wish I would have purchased the Floodlight instead. For any camera to capture good enough video at night, you need light and plenty of it. The quality of the video during the day is excellent. I do have a very strong Wi-fi presence around the house, but good connectivity to the individual cameras is spotty. There is a delay when making any change or viewing "live". Sometimes I would need to restart the camera. They need to improve their connectivity. Managing all of the video clips that accumulate is so easy using a PC! You can easily download clips that are important to save. You can also delete multiple clips all at once from the PC, instead of one at a time from your Cell phone or Tablet. The first day we had 82 clips. Deleting one at a time was painful.

Easy to set up the cameras, easy to add other users, and easy to install.

This is our Arlo set. Had the first set for about 5 years and loved them. Then decided to upgraded to this one. Highly recommend them.

This Arlo package was super easy to setup. The app itself walked me through the process and was up and running within 10 minutes. Not much more to ask for

Great product. Is an upgrade to same product we had so was familiar with the brand. Easy to install and easy to navigate app.

We had no issues with Ring, but the Arlo technology is just better as of the writing of this review. The resolution is better (1440p vs 1080p) and the ability to differentiate between a person, animal, vehicle, or other movement is huge. When I get a notification, that extra tidbit is the first thing I look for, especially at night. If there is a person lurking about, I want to know that immediately. That one feature distinguishes this camera from Ring in my book. The battery life lasts 4-5 weeks, even with moderate motion triggers. And recharging is very quick. So we just take one down at a time and recharge during times of day when it is more convenient to be without coverage for a short period. One last note: as with any wireless camera system, good wireless coverage is essential. The further away from a good connection it is, the longer it will take to connect and give you a notification. If there is a situation that needs your immediate attention, seconds count. If you are putting a camera in an area with lower wifi coverage, I would recommend having a mesh router system or wireless access point nearby to be sure you have sufficient coverage. That is not an issue with Arlo. That is an issue with all wireless camera systems. The wifi received on this camera system is very good. I have camera on the outside of the opposite end of the house from my router in a single story 2100 sq ft brick home and got a good signal. I added a mesh router close to the camera to ensure a good signal just to be safe. This camera system is excellent. You will not go wrong with it. I highly recommend it.
