Like the camera. Don’t like how often the batter needs to be recharged. One of the cameras needed to be recharged within 4 days of use. I have since adjusted the notification for motion on camera but battery still goes down daily quick. Wish battery life would last longer.

Easy to setup and great video quality. Definitely a must have for anyone needing cameras and don’t want to run wire.

I purchase this Arlo Pro 4 with spotlight on 12/18/22. The spotlight no longer works properly. It hardly gives off light. Otherwise, it the daytime, the camera works as designed-clear picture.

It has good quality picture. The negative thing is always a few seconds behind behind. It has great speaker. They were easy to install.

After two weeks of extreme frustration, I'm writing this to help others. This "exclusive" Best Buy kit comes with "security mounts" that do not: a) swivel past approx 45 degrees for proper positioning; b) come off the camera (properly); or b) allow swap out to other mounts (magnetic, swivel, etc.). This means your ONLY option is basically a very simple angle adjustment - or - adding a huge "ceiling mount" (optional add-on) that gives a little more flexibility for ceiling locations. Otherwise, stay away from this kit. There is nothing in the documentation that explains this. The Arlo support isn't great so getting this figured out was awful. The cameras themselves are very good...just don't buy this kit without understanding the major limitation.

I love this system. They work great. I bought the solar charging system with these. I highly recommend this to make it easier and able to work while I travel.

I can’t give an honest opinion because I didn’t install these decided to go with ring. I didn’t like the way the cameras mounted

Great value, great price. The cameras have very good resolution. Very easy to set up. Had a problem with camera and it was replaced right away. Total winner.

At first glance, they are well made. The combo was nice. When they work, they work good. Customer support is very hard to navigate. I purchased the year long support that is next to useless. Each time i get a different representative that tells me to do something different. So far, i have 1 out of 3 cameras working.. and in told to call my wifi provider! Ridiculous. I will never buy from Best Buy. They are also useless.

Upgraded to this Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Camera from the Arlo Pro and separate Arlo Lights. I've been waiting for Arlo to combine the camera/light into one and it works great. Less cords, less devices to mount, and the video is outstanding. Also has some all the latest updates and features that we have been asking for.

The arlo cameras have been a great addition to my shops security.

Easy to install and video quality is fine. Power cables and mounts are too expensive (as is the camera) but good quality. App is a little slow to respond. Nice that no hub is required! Overall this is an easy solution for security.

Easy to instal, easy to use. I don’t know how I got along without them!

A Nice camera set easy to set up Good clear picture

Good quality picture during the day. Not so good at night. Not even with the spotlight. I turned the spotlight off to keep it on regular night vision because there is a better picture. Not the best but ok. If you have a lot of traffic where the camera is your battery will die within 2 to 3 days. I have a camera where there is not much traffic and the battery has lasted 3 weeks. I do like the view during the day. The zoom works but I cannot read a license plate number unless it around 5 feet away from the camera. Very blurry with the zoom. I still recommend these camera to whoever is looking into cameras. When using the 2 way talking you have to be very close to the camera. They can hear you but you can’t hear them unless they are talking with a loud voice.
