Been using arlo for years now and each next model is worth the upgrade

Previously had Arlo cameras. These upgraded camera's are great.

Mind blowing how great the picture is! Love how easy it was to install. I had everything set up in just a couple hours.

This camera is exceptional for clarity and ease of operation. I love the magnet feature of the camera for easy battery swap out when I will need it too. The value is great and one again the Geek Squad did a fantastic job with the installation and clear instructions on use and features!

Several issues with this camera: 1. there's a crackling noise constantly so you hear that versus sounds the camera should be recording. Arlo replaced the camera because of it, the replacement did the same thing. 2. The camera started going offline daily which I think is heat related. Every day, same issue without fail. I have 2 Arlo cameras that are 3 years older that are 15 feet from this camera, they do not have any issues with the heat. 3. The camera has been draining the battery really rapidly, like less than 48 hours. I've tried using a solar charger and it won't accept a charge from it. LASTLY: I've been going back and forth with support for well over a month about all of these issues. They wait 4 days, then respond with another single troubleshooting request, then wait another 4 days and ask for another troubleshooting request. There's been no resolution, they can't tell me when they're going to make this right, they have no idea what they're doing. The support and product quality is GARBAGE and I'm irritated I've invested nearly $1500 in this camera system over the years. There are better options out there regardless of what tech review websites say, avoid this brand. Bad product, terrible service, incompetent support.

Great cameras. I love that they work so easily with the APP and my amazon alexa. Makes leaving a little easier when you can check in all the time.

I like the camera’s but the install and setup instructions could be clearer. I had a lot of trouble with one camera reading its QR code. I had to retry the process several times after multiple firmware updates. Eventually it setup correctly. One thing I would recommend, before mounting these cameras, make sure you have a strong Bluetooth signal at every location. One of my cameras had an okay signal when I installed it but the signal strength changes throughout the day which can cause the camera to go offline.

Love the Arlo series of cameras. Works great, no hub required

Camera works great and Haven had the battery life issue others have reported. Only disappointment is that to use all of the features required signing up for a monthly fee. Almost caused me to return the system. Not sure how to proceed.

These camera's are so awesome so glad I got them plus I got them on sale with an amazing price and my installation was included.

I love them . It shows very clean, you can hear and speaks back to anyone. The lens are 180 not forgetting the fog effects at nigh.
