Have not yet installed but the staff in Marlborough was phenomenal. Clifford was exceptional in his service. In Framingham, Katheryne and Eric are top notch. The "other" manager should work only on the back room and have no interaction with people.

I was in the search for a wireless camera system that was basically a plug and play, no extra equipment necessary type of camera system. I was skeptical about finding one, but I found the Arlo Pro 4 system. I was able to check off all of the requirements I initially had wrote down to get a system. 4 cameras, 1 doorbell, and 1 fog light later I can say I really enjoyed the easy install and mobile app instructions provided by Arlo. I will definitely recommend as a buy to anyone looking for a try wireless video surveillance system because I didn’t think it was possible but I was wrong and a good wrong I was.

I originally bought the two-pack but saw that the three-pack with the charging station was only $50 more. The two cameras that I have in the back are great. However, the one camera that I have in the front does not hold a charge; I have to replace the battery every single day. After a week, I went to get the solar panel so that the battery when I die, but that did not work. I am returning the solar panel because I still have to change the battery every day. Now I have to get the extended cable charger to keep it plugged into the camera at all times.

Added these to my "Arlo Family"... the Arlo cameras have come a long way! Works GREAT!

Very happy with the setup and the design of the app. I thought the movement detection range would be longer than it is, but that does prevent nuisance triggers from the street. It caught a bobcat at the back door in the first week, so that was fun.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have this in my retail store, every time you actually need the cameras for police evidence, it never records, 6 times now where I have been robbed. yes people are always in my store and walking right next to it. junk, junk, junk! Arlo also has a scam going where they will sell you at an additional cost of $20 monthly, to have continues recording. so my thoughts are they intentionally, stopping some of my cameras. there customer service is the worst, cannot actually call and speak to someone. terrible product and terrible customer service. find other options, because when you need the video the risk of not having it is very high. whats that worth to you?

Excellent security cameras. Video quality is high and batteries last a long time.
