I work Tech Support. The cameras will not connet to the network, walked through steps on Arlo website. Did additional searches for information with same results. It appears many customers are having this issue. The devic is seen by the network and on my phone but camera will not connect, made sure it is connecting to 2.4 and not 5G. I am not going to jump through hoops, bend over backwards or spend hours trying to connect these cameras to a network. If they are that finicky....easy option return and buy different cameras. The manual is lacking information. The info included with the devices are very basic. I am also reading about all the lose of connections when a customer is able to connect to a network. I know I have a very good network and have no connection problems After further research I am reading about all the battery issues.

I'm hoping they do the job of capturing someone or something. Con: It's hard to get the camera out of the housing without removing the housing to shake out the camera. Not able to get a grip on the camera!

False advertisement for battery

If you charge 100% within 1 week to 10 days the battery will be done. Totally false advertisement one year battery work. Most of the time your camera is not even connecting with the internet. Always disconnect even your internet modem is working proper. Money-wise this is the worst machine. Will not recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing product

The battery didn’t last more then 3 days, one day I had to even charge the battery the next day, I’m not sure exactly what caused it to drain so fast especially because this camera was installed inside my garage where there’s not much motion going on. Also, all three cameras would get disconnected every day. What good is a camera that’s disconnected when you need it!?

Guys drove right up and started taking stuff. After installomg and using this system i have found a new sense of security. The integration with my smart home system was truly amazing.
