Great camera system! And easy to use! Much better than the first generation

After owning the product for over seven months I finally decided to give a review. This camera system is not worth buying, I had problems from day one. First, I had the hardest time just connecting one camera to the network, seven months later I still was only have one connected. The other two cameras aren't recognized at all and a complete waste. As far as the camera performance, it simply underperformes. For example setting the motion zone is pointless when it doesn't detect motion until someone is within 15 feet. Sometimes the motion detector doesn’t activate at all, and it doesn't record long enough after motion was detected. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, I'm sure there are way better options.

Arite, so im giving these 2 stars. The video quality i have to say was def good , way clearer then my ring doorbell and garage cam. the reason im giving it a low rating is this. First off, there was a 10-15 second latency on the live view between me watching it and the person walking by, so defeats the purpose of "security camera." Secondly one of my cameras went from 100 down to 50 over night in my room with detection turned off facing a wall and 0 movement. my other camera's also died pretty quickly within 3 days with little detection of events. So poor battery and bad lag on video was a def no go for me on these. Customer service tried blaming a "dead spot" without having a way to test. Useless customer service, horrible function for the price. my Wyze cameras which are 20$ units, not the best for home security, but they work great to check surroundings atleast.

I dont know how these cameras have good reviews. The picture is nice and clear but the batteries do not last months like they advertise, the solar panel we bought to keep it charged, did not. When we charged a battery completed it would last day 1 day, definitely not worth it.

This product works great overall but I was under the impression that I would be able to view motion activity like I can on my old Arlo cameras. Come to find out there is a monthly fee to view motion activity on the cameras and that is very disappointing. Thanks for leading me on for 3 months Arlo

I bought these cameras from my house really easy to install

This is the worst product I've ever had. The battery only lasts 2 weeks per full charge if there's normal/light activity. One of the 4 batteries it came with was a total dud. It died overnight when fully charged multiple times. I already had to contact Arlo to replace a full camera set because the actual casing of 1 camera couldn't hold a charge either (and I had to pay for shipping the returned item to them). Also, you have to pop out the camera/battery from the casing to charge the battery and its not as smooth as they show. It literally takes me 5minutes for each camera to pop that thing out. It's been 2 months with them so Arlo is denying a refund. They only want to try to replace the products which they already did for one camera and it is still not working well. I dont want to replace or fix, I want to be done with this and have my money returned for a lemon product.

Not bad product . A little expensive. Practical charger.
