There is a flaw in the app that doesn’t let you change the notification sound. The only sound is so quiet that you can’t hear it. People have been complaining and asking for an update for 6 years. Do yourself a favor and look at the complaints on their forums. The cameras are fantastic and work really well but the company obviously doesn’t care about their customers with iOS.

Easy setup, installation and user friendly app for viewing. Battery life depends on motion sensitivity settings. Definitely will invest in solar panel chargers. Would buy again and recommend.

I chose to go to Best Buy again, because they always treat me with great respect and have A+ quality associates working for them.

This one was a better value since it came with 3 cams intead of 2 and a battery charger with an extra battery. I also like the security feature on it that makes it need a key to remove the battery or the camera from the mount. Got it on sale so it was definitely worth it for me

Battery does not last

When the cameras were first set up, the battery lasted about a week. Now the battery last about 2 days. I do not recommend unless you plan on changing the batteries out every few days. I wasted my money.

They die way faster than what is stated they would. They also lag on real time footage. They could be a lot better for the price point compared to the other companies in the market.

Great Cameras, but..

However, the subscription plan required to gain all the functions has really deterred me. These are great cameras and certainly have the video quality and features you would want, but they come with additional costs. While I ended up returning them, I would still recommend the camera if you're willing to pay the monthly subscription.

So, INSPECT YOUR BILLS FROM ARLO CAREFULLY
