We also bought the wired video door bell, the only issue is that the doorbell ring(inside my home) does not work. Many chats and phone calls with them, it seems like a common problem. They are supposedly sending me a new motor piece, it’s been 3 weeks. Also you need a subscription service, since the hub doesn’t work with the Pro 4. Other than that, we love it.

Horrendous battery life

I was looking for better resolution, the spotlight feature, and much better battery life. After a month, I can tell you the image quality is great and the spotlight feature is handy. The battery life, quoted at 6 months, is a total lie. I realize the battery life is an estimate under perfect conditions. I was hoping for 3-4 months at least. All 3 Pro 4’s I have are in low traffic areas. I have the activity zones limited and the spotlight feature limited. All 3 units have never achieved more than 3 weeks before going dead. I have tried everything to increase battery life, but 3 week seems like the max. My 2+ year old Pro 2’s last longer. The Pro 2’s are going back up and the Pro 4’s are coming down. Don’t believe the hype. Unless you have these connected to power full time, they are useless.

The quality of the cameras are decent with a strong connection, however, the sound and visual fidelity starts to drop significantly if the signal is anything but full. The battery life is not the best, mine discharge completely within 2 weeks with moderate use. For the price I expected a little more, but hopefully these issues can be fixed with a software update.

I had to invest in solar panels so I don't have to worry about charging the batteries.

Great bundle value

Love that this has the built in spotlight and comes with the battery charger and spare battery. Best Buy recently dropped the price another $50 and I was able to contact them for a price match, receiving the difference as credit to my original payment method. Service A++!
