Works great picks up motion quickly and has a clear picture

Really like the animal, person and vehicle detention, overall these seem to work good, I do feel the monthly fee is too much, know you can use it without that but I did not try that yet, but because of the high monthly fee i took off one star

I had an Arlo pro4 go out on me and my geek squad protection covered most of the cost of upgrading to these. They seem a little better. The battery life has improved. My only problem I have is the one in my front yard looks up the side of the house and doesn't activate until people are almost past it. That may be my fault if i dont have the settings right.

These Arlo cameras are easy to install and use. However, the battery life could be longer even though I do have a busy street.

This is my first doorbell cam and it's been a great experience. The picture and video quality on this unit is exceptional and you won't be sorry with your purchase. Had a few small connectivity issues but it was all due to my own ignorance. Called service and had no problems reaching a legit person who was quickly able to resolve my issue. I now have 1 doorbell, 3 cameras and the security which I am very pleased with. Highly recommend. Detection is on point as well with many other great features.

It's ok. Day time video quality is good. Zoom is poor quality. Don't like that you have to log in to app every single time. Takes s long time. Night time quality is horrible.

Worth the money. I originally bought a cheaper camera that had poor sound and the visual was awful. I traded in for this Arlo camera and the quality and sound is so much better. Plus the app is extremely easy to use! I do however wish it had better night visual; maybe it doesn’t and I don’t know the button to click for it.

These camera's along with the dual charging station and the 2 batteries were a great bargain. I hope Best Buy brings in the camera's with magnetic attachment to wall in the future. The camera's were easy to set up and paired in a flash. You can not get a better focus on what you want filmed.

These cameras are great! They are easy to install and the operation is simple and straight forward. Wonderful pictures and sound. Battery life seems to be good so far no issues there. I love these cameras and they are far better than others that I have had (starts with a B).Definitely worth the price.

If you have a 2 store house you may not feel the same pain of this review. This was attempted round 2 with arlo. I have the arlo pro3 system that requires the base station. I've been highly unimpressed with the system from the start. There has been connctivity issues, extreme latency/delays in live feeds. Against better judgment i decided give them another chance. I thought it a few years newer they had to have improved, hahahahaha I was like i live in a long brick rancher, maybe the base isn't designed for that. Even though the camera thats 20 feet from the base loses connection the most. Yes i wasted a week with support for an outcome of idk. For those wondering the network capabilities, The base is hard wired into the very capable AXE300 with 1.2g feed. To this new system: Honestly im glad I discovered all the flaws before getting it's fully in place. Issue 1: the mounts are not really designed for single story soffit mounting. Pro 3 mounts have better mount range. Issue 2: changing wifi access points, ha good luck. As an it professional i thought i was capable of this, jokes on me. I had my phone and camera almost sitting on the access point with download speeds averaging 100 MBps and it refused to change. Cleared app cache. Removed camera from account Help syc button down for...ever It does its stupid noises says it connects as soon as it gets to the updates part it craps out. After about 2 hours of trial and error and on the verge of breaking the camera and phone, i decided to give up and say arlo you suck and id rather fork out 1k for a whole new system then give your company another penny. Make your own decision but i had to write this review because a lot of the 1 stars forgot to read anything about the product before buying. Good luck

These cameras are fantastic. The picture quality, battery life and durability is top notch. The Arlo app itself used to be excellent, but it’s rather subpar now.

Clear, crisp images, easy to install, easily synced with the hub. A nice addition to my Arlo system as I replaced some legacy cameras that were at end of life.

I’m really impressed with this system. The video quality is excellent both during the day and at night, and the motion detection is very accurate. One of the best camera systems I've used! Arlo's app makes the experience even better & the ease of using the product is good from connecting them to WiFi to mounting them in place! Would highly recommend this camera system

I would not recommend purchasing this product. While the camera quality itself is good and the night mode is excellent, the overall experience is very disappointing. The main issue is that the cameras take too long to go live, often requiring manual intervention. They also frequently fail when handling multiple interactions, especially if the battery is running low. Although the design is sleek and discreet, and the battery life is reasonably good, the functionality does not meet expectations. Do yourself a favor and buy a Ring Camera The mobile app is another weak point, falling short of what users would expect from a device in this category. In short, despite a few positive aspects, the frustrations far outweigh the benefits. For the amount of disappointment it causes, it is hard to justify recommending this product.
