Added newest model to our Arlo network. With the addition, was an update to the software. So far, so good. New software has new interface, and much less connection issues.

I had experience with other camera, but Arlo surprised me with quality . The videos are clear and love that I could speak through from the app. That is definitely a must have security camera.

I bought this this camera so I can view it on my phone or tablet. I have two other cameras that I do so. But this camera requires a subscription to do so. They give you a trial of seeing your videos until you can't return the camera. Then you are no longer able to view your videos or return the camera. Trying to force you to buy a subscription. This company was not like that before. I will never buy from this company ever again. One word I would describe them is DECEPTIVE.

I hope there are no problems. I had been having problems since the 1st cameras were installed. They were switched out twice and now seem to work.

This camera was extremely easy to set up. It connected to the app within seconds and I’m also very impressed with the image quality! Definitely exceeded my expectations!

The reviews so far are spot on! I’ve been looking for something similar for awhile and I’ll let ya guys know later of my final thoughts in a few months

I hate to give it 3 stars because the camera is great, but arlo customer service is horrendous. I couldn’t add the cameras to my Google home so I removed them and tried to re-add. They are no longer able to connect and after several chats and emails, arlo customer service stopped responding and nothing was fixed. I can still view on arlo app fine so will keep it since I have a few cameras.

Good quality picture and long lasting charge. Have 8 Arlo cameras. Do wish Arlo would standardize their accesories though.

The quality is much better than previous cameras. The new app experience sucks though. Arlo needs to add scrolling through videos like they used to have.
