We had problems with it immediately, spent hours trying to get it to work, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to take it back, but the store said we couldn't because we had to deal with the manufacturer. Arlo could not help us, and when we tried to take it back to the store again, they said we were past the return policy date. Do not buy this product or shop at Best Buy!

It’s hard to take battery out to change aswell it keeps getting stuck! It was easy at the beginning but within time it’s hard. I don’t even have a year with them cameras don’t like them I prefer the previous version

I googled to see if these can be used without paying a monthly fee and everything said yes you can. I set them up and were great until my trail period ended and now they will not record just notify me of movement but do not record and you have to pay $20 or $30 a month for the camera to do the sole purpose of a camera and record.

I even have the hub as suggested to make the connection better and it is absolutely worthless if I could return these I would but Arlo stay away from it. They are so bad when it comes to these cameras
