I never had a security camera system before but after using it since I first got it I can give my inputs so far. I felt like it was a bit faulty but this could just be an outlier? I needed a camera to make sure my car doesn't get vandalized and has night vision so I bought this product due to the reviews. Yes, I bought the subscription as well for $15 a month. Pros: -good video footage for close up areas like the front porch steps/ front door etc. -infrared lights can be turned off for stealth mode (red dots that show it's a camera and recording) Cons: -constantly disconnecting while watching live (occurs often with natural lighting changes - sunset/sunrise etc.) -Night vision can become grainy as if trying to recalibrate/filling in the frame like a mosaic painting -Night vision needs some type of light nearby for better picture quality else you literally cannot see anything through it even when not using infrared light, normal eyesight would see better than the night vision -battery charging station stopped working after 34 days -need to change and charge batteries each day (please set camera up in an easy to access location) -constantly freezing up when on live -about a 10second delay from what occurred to what is on live I don't think I'll buy another product from this brand anymore. I'll just have to find other security camera products instead. All I wanted to make sure my car doesn't get vandalized again and to catch the culprit :(

The upgrade for my home is worth every $1 spent. The new batteries are easy to charge and the camera quality is a major leap forward.

I have had Arlo cameras for years and it was time to upgrade 2 older cameras. This bundle was a steal especially with the extra battery and charger included($100 value). With the extra camera I was able to cover a previously suspect area around the outside of the house.

Setup was straightforward based on their instructions. Have had it up for about a week. Still have not set up all the features that would be subscription-based. The basic level does not seem to get you much, and the premium level is expensive. I knew this going in as other reviews have mentioned it. Overall, the system seems good, so far

Arlo security cameras are great. I have used their camera for 10+ years and recently upgraded the new 6th generation due recent Best Buy sales promotion. I also received a refund when the camera system price dropped again after I purchased.

The cameras are good, and the experience of returning my old ones to getting these was wonderful and easy.
