Works as advertised. My only suggestions would be to add more chime types and improve the speaker. Sound is not loud enough

dont buy this product. I have had 2 chimes and bells for 1 year and just played games with support the whole time. this and the chime are the only arlo products that never properly works for me. Support said 1 month ago they a release to help out and solve the issue. I have just spent hours online with support going through all the steps and still no doorbell and chime working. now I have no doorbell or arlo chime at my home working. The manual will not even work because the arlo bell is not connected to the app any longer. I already made support case 40952796. unresolved. no help. no replacement within warranty period. arlo does NOT stand behind its products and only cares about the next release. like the new video doorbell go figure. hopefully that works.....

Would have liked to be able to make it louder. Otherwise is OK.

I bought this thinking it was a wireless door bell which is what I needed. If it came with extra perks that you can combine with your current setup that would be nice. But ..... NO.... you must buy the speaker / receiver that is sold separately. Sure it’s motion activated buy every car that passes by. The “door bell” does not have a camera. For about the same price You can buy a first generation ring doorbell with a camera . Had I known this is the kind of sales tactics Arlo netgear practice I would have picked up a different camera system.

Difficult to connect to Arlo Base Station.... I finally gave up trying and have put it aside. I guess the next step is to call Netgear support. In my research others have had the same issue.
