    I bought the kit to use outside the United States, I consulted it before and they told me I could use it in Argentina. Unfortunately it does not have support in Argentina yet, I have to wait a while that I still don't know how long it is.

    It doesn’t connect as easy as other models. All the videos and instructions on the Arlo app cover other models but none cover this one. Haven’t been able to get to to charge. Can’t call anyone at Arlo for help unless you have a subscription and pay monthly.

    I upgraded to this newer version doorbell since the old doorbell is going eol by the end of this year. Not impressed at all with it. The delays are forever and to look at live view. It takes forever to connect. I took these back and now I’m trying the tp link cameras. And they are working great. Arlo you need to do better. I’ve always used your products up till now.

    It's hard to go watch the camera live. I unstalled it two times and installed it and it has still not worked in the first 4 days and that.
