    I purchased two outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera, but have been experiencing issues since their installation. Firstly, there is a delay of 10-15 seconds on live playback, recording, and notifications which is very frustrating. I have contacted support multiple times, but no resolution has been provided yet. Secondly, the technical support team lacks follow-through and clear solutions that can be validated and acted upon. When I explain that I have already tried the methods they suggest, they keep repeating the same jargon. Thirdly, acquiring multiple cameras to secure your property can be expensive, and it would be helpful if local storage options were available across all their cameras, not just the higher-end ones. Lastly, the geofence automation doesn't register correctly.

    Is there really doorbell camera? The only thing that I don’t like is I had to pay as subscription to orders to see the alerts is many other cameras out there they don’t have to be paying for this option. I will don’t recommend it. Yes because of that bad pretty good.

    Arlo has continuously raised their monthly subscription fee by large amounts and this most recent increase was the final nail in the coffin. Will no longer be using Arlo and will never return or recommend to anyone. Additionally, when you cancel your subscription they spam notifications that there is motion on cameras to create.fear that you are missing out on crucial notifications of activity on cameras. Extremely dishonest and frankly shady of a company to do. DO NOT PURCHASE ARLO AND STEER CLEAR.

    returned it, because it kept losing wifi connection and was hard to set up again. This was the second Arlo video doorbell I returned, went to Blink doorbell, much better and much less expensive

    Ive already replaced the doorbell twice. They both refuse to charge via hardwire. I had an electrician check the connection and its solid. On battery you have to charge it for two hours everyday. Arlo support just sends back links with fixes but no action to fix the problem. Stay away from this model is trash.
