The Arlo Doorbell has met and gone beyond what I expected in a video doorbell! I originally had a Nest which I had to replace and when the new one came in I couldn’t connect it to the WIFI. I tried everything!!! Stayed on the phone all day with Google & my internet provider still nothing worked! I decided to try the Arlo 2K and when I got it in, I immediately got it out and started the setup. Within 3 minutes I had the Arlo doorbell up and running! We love it!! Great picture and great peace to know who’s at your front door! Thanks Arlo for being up on your GAME!!

Works well. I can see the person at my front door very well. It let you know when someone rings the bell on your cell phone.

Got when Amazon had on-sale $50. Best Buy price matched and great deal. Camera replaced a first gen Arlo model had for a few years. This was simple install, just swapped wired from old to new, replace bracket, attached..Used software to set up and all good. Camera quality is a lot better than first gen and looks more slick looking. So far really like. Big test will be elements, No poarch, full Alabama west sun from noon on.

My first smart doorbell. Everything seems to be working fine. This was installed in a wired configuration to connect to the existing doorbell. Video and sound work well. I am not yet using the cloud subscription to store video. The associated mobile app seems adequate too. Also selected this make and model based upon the reviews in Consumer Reports.

It’s a great doorbell camera to have, if it’s not hardwired to your house you need a chime to connect it to but other than that it has amazing picture quality and notifies you about anything going on in front of your door. When fully charged the battery lasts about 3-4 weeks and only takes an hour or 2 to fully charge

Is better good ring cámara and the cámara is look clear

Suuuuuper easy to install and integrates nicely with the other Arlo cameras I bought. With the Arlo app, it sends what essentially is a video call to your mobile device. Pretty snazzy. Bit of a delay depending on where your base station is set. Really great for visually logging who is coming in and out of your house. I like to mess with my cats honestly.

Finally Arlo got it right with this one! We had the original AVD2001 - the original battery powered one for 5 years - and - it sorta worked, but the stuff that we really wanted to work never worked- specifically - the Amazon Echo Show 8 - we always wanted the doorbell video stream to pop up on that when someone was at the door - well, it never worked! i wrote in to arlo tech support MANY times trying to fix. also, even the phone the video wouldn't always pop up the video - so basically we had no idea who was at the door. well, one day i decided to pick up the 2nd gen version of the Arlo doorbell- and guess what? IT WORKS! everything works now! no more lag when pressing the doorbell button to ring the connected Arlo Chime 2, that is FIXED. And the biggest improvement is the Amazon Alexa and Alexa+ integration now FULLY works! right out of the box- if you have your echo show 8 on (or whatever version)- the Arlo app will connect to it and just 'work'. it's amazing. There is no lag poppling the video stream it is instant. So impressed,

Love the head to toe perspective, gives the full range of video from the ceiling of my entry way all the way down to the floor. The automated captions are also cool. A fast way to discern what is going on

You can see to the street, but it seems to not alert me till they already drop off package. Takes about 15 seconds to connect & say something Good clear Picture.

Works very well. I love the wide range of view. Very easy to install. I do wish they had a few more options for ring tones but that wouldn't deter me from buying this again.
