It’s a great doorbell camera to have, if it’s not hardwired to your house you need a chime to connect it to but other than that it has amazing picture quality and notifies you about anything going on in front of your door. When fully charged the battery lasts about 3-4 weeks and only takes an hour or 2 to fully charge

As always, a great product from Arlo. Great picture, easy to set up and install. I will definitely buy again or recommend for anyone that just wants a doorbell cam and security cam.

The product works fine but installing it was a problem because the instructions called for a power pack to be installed even it you were hard wiring it from a previous door bell. It did not come with a power pack so it took a long time on chat and then a long phone call to find out I did not need the power pack if I was hardwiring it.

Only had it installed a week. Loving it so far! It does seem to take a bit longer to view a live feed than the other brand I had. Love that it’s not picking up every single car out on the road. Only the area I want to see.

Has great camera quality and picks up very clear. It is very easy to install and set up as well as use. Definitely like this model compared to others I have had.

We were able to easily connect this device to the existing wires of our old doorbell. It took a few tries to get the view perfect because of the tight and narrow space we had on the door frame. Thankfully the doorbell design allows for it the mounting angle to be adjusted easily. The camera and mic pick up activity and audio at very good distance and at surprisingly clear clarity. In fact, we could hear conversation clearly on it from 26 feet away. It can pick up farther than that but we only observed it from that distance on ours. The app alerts are on time so if someone rings it and you want to talk to them, there is no lag time.

The price is right and the video quality is great. My two gripes are that it does not have a remivable battery like the 1st gen so you have to take off the whole unit to charge it and the Arlo app is a little cluttered.

Works good. I can see great on it. Also the service per month is cheap. And it can tell u if a person or an animal or a vehicle shows up in view

Love the video quality and detection features! It’s super accurate and consistent. The app is simple to use and easy on the eyes with simple menus. The video doorbell really works well with all of the other smart home devices we have.

Install was so much easier than I expected. Configuring the doorbell camera was straightforward. The picture quality and functionality of the camera are both excellent!

Had camera over a year. Works extremely well. The quality of the video is very clear. The angle is amazing. There were no blind spots if anyone came approchaing our front door. Easy to install, remove and charge. Definitely recommend!

Pro’s: Easy to install, pairing to existing Arlo system was easy, and video quality is excellent Con’s: Low voltage charging does not work, battery life is decent but could be better

This doorbell was easy to install and connected to our wifi quickly. The picture and sound quality are excellent. The app makes it easy to change settings, arm and disarm, and review videos.

Works great. Suprise that although it is hard wired on electric why the bsttery wouldnt remain 100% but otherwise… has worked awesome!!

Excellent video quality and very clear night vision. Motion alerts are fast and accurate, and the two-way audio works perfectly. The app is easy to use, and installation was quick. Feels secure and reliable, with a clean modern design. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased this door bell, I gave it a week trial. The only thing I can say is that the video quality is good. Issues that I’ve been having is the connection to the wifi, getting the device to pair, the doorbell disconnects throughout the day, motion detection notifications takes about 2 minutes after person leaves. I’ve gotten a wifi extender so far it’s gotten better I don’t understand how 25 ft from the router cause these issues. Also before I forget to mention I use it wirelessly I don’t have power to connect it to, my doorbell buzzer next to my door doesn’t work. I’m assuming it’ll work better if you have the door bell wired ?
