    You can just view the recording at home. If you went outside using the cellular data, the recording was not available.

    From ordering the smart hub, the online experience and the in store experience was perfect. The customer service team was very helpful and friendly. I give Best Buy 5 star rating. Awesome Experience!

    Slow, clunky and no support if you aren't an active subscriber. Not able to set up local video storage and the support is completely missing. I follow the horribly written instructions and nothing happens. Now I am experiencing why reputable review sites have stopped recommending Arlo.

    Works for what I needed it to work with homekit.

    The only complaint I have is it did not connect at first with Apple homekit. Uninstalled and even called tech support. Finally figured it out on my own.

    Died after only a few months

    It consistently dropped cameras, and the private WiFi was so weak that cameras that were about 80 feet away would only show/record half the actual screen at best, and often nothing distinguishable. I bought this in November, 2023, and in March, 2024 it started flashing an orange light and I could not connect to it. I did a factory reset, and it was up for about a day before the orange flashing light issue came back. So I had to move all my cameras to WiFi and stop using the hub. What a waste of money.

    Not working properly Need to keep restarting it so I’ll get alerts Tried to re-sync cameras and base But still doesn’t work properly

    My ARLO Pro 3 system stops working continuosly, and so I bought this additional smarthub, but problems keep going. Will have to contact support.

    The Arlo SmartHub arrived very fast in the mail. It is listed for a really good price. I ended up buying it from Best Buy since Arlo did not have any in stock.

    Took forever to get the hub to connect to my Internet, and I also had issues with connecting the camera. The first week of ownership I had to call customer service to get it to work. Now i’m having issues connecting to the Internet again for the past few days.
