Took forever to get the hub to connect to my Internet, and I also had issues with connecting the camera. The first week of ownership I had to call customer service to get it to work. Now i’m having issues connecting to the Internet again for the past few days.

it will not connect to my wifi...it requires 2.5g and my wifi only has 5g connection. my old ARLO smart hub connected just fine but when it died and i got this new one it does not have the ability to connect, and ARLO support is useless!

Our base station stopped working, thought it might be too old, so picked up this unit. Never been able to get the arlo app to discover the "smart" hub or even my old base station, which I suspect isn't broken now. Been through all their "help" web pages, and even chatted with their support. They said it was my modem blocking certain ports. I have new modem and ISP said nothing is blocked/closed. All my other devices work flawlessly. I've just wasted so much money on arlo devices, that are now paperweights. They have lost a customer.

It would have been better IF I would have gotten the base when I bought the cameras having to wait 2 + months is not acceptable
