    Arlo - Ultra 2 Spotlight Camera – Indoor/Outdoor 4K Wire-Free Security Camera with Color Night Vision is working great. This is my 4th one of these cameras. It has great color.

    Arlo ULTRA Cameras aren't that good I wouldn't recommend buying them.

    garbage. no sound only picks up motion of packages being delivered 1 out of 8 times. “security” camera? NO!

    I have 2 Arlo 4’s and think they do a very good job. People gotta know that even if you set a small activity zone it will still record motion outside the zone but you won’t be notified. Battery life will go quicker. Set the cameras where there’s not much motion. Arlo always stays connected and it just works.

    Bought two of these about 3 years ago and the camera quality is good when a) on Wi-Fi and b) we had the free trial at the beginning. Now that we're only paying for the base plan at 2K when away, it looks fine at best on previews - dare I say just a bit better compared to our Ring Floodlight cam. I really want to like these for the quality alone, but I feel that the cameras overall didn't warrant the hefty price tag, along with the fact that one of them kicked the bucket during the winter months - after only 3 years!!

    Definelty and upgrade to the old cameras we had. They were very easy to set up and sync to the phone. Took less than an hour to compete.

    I bought two of these and a doorbell. The doorbell no longer works because your Wi-Fi has to have a certain amount of speed to run on and I blame spectrum for constantly changing my speeds so that effects if it works or not. Usually not working. If you buy these cameras, I recommend getting a solar panel or you will constantly be taking them down to recharge. When I bought them from Best Buy, I spent quite a bit of money and was promised that I would never have to buy service with these, and I would always have the ability to playback old footage without having a contract to pay for. That was an absolute lie. I have not had playback for years now. The Best Buy employee told me to contact customer service from Arlo. There is no customer service from Arlo.

    Failed when i needed them the most

    Car was stolen from in front of house, called arlo because there was no recorded video. They first stated it was a wifi problem. Then they blamed me for not ensuring the camera was working. Pay monthly for a service, i would think they'd let me know whats not working. Not a high crime area so did think i needed to monitor my monitoring service. When i started asking questions they couldn't answer, they just keep repeating we don't have any recordings from that time frame. Asked to speak to a supervisor, call was returned next day with no good answer as to why their prouct failed me. I canceled service and went with someone else.

    Keep looking for another system

    You cannot take advantage of the 4K video, i.e. be able to view them unless you do it on a smartphone or with the only supported browser, late version Edge, on a PC with an appropriate video card. That means no MACs, no low-end PCs. They don't make that clear when you buy the Ultra2 cameras. I have well over a dozen Pro 2 cameras, and 4 Ultra2's. The only thing I can watch videos on is live-recorded (which is NOT 4K), or have to download videos to watch them. Useless. They are going back. And the quality is little better than the Pro2 quality videos which are not as good as they were before Netgear sold Arlo. Now they compress the videos in the cloud and the resolution stinks. Pixelated, blurry, low res. Now you cannot opt out of 2FA, and they can't seem to understand they need to all PC/MACs to be trusted devices, not just phones/tablets. They regurgitate nonsense that thay can't do it because the browser app uses a web portal. Funny how my BANK can do it! This is a SECURITY system. I can't wait for a text/email to be able to login. Keep looking for another system.

    Arlo just bricked all my old cameras by requiring a subscription to even view them. These were sold with the agreement that it was free. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DONT BUY THIS!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!

    Worthless if you have iPhone 14

    Will not recognize iPhone as a trusted device for login. Arlo support apparently has been working on this problem for several months and they don’t know if they can ever fix it! Obviously I returned all 5 of my cameras, base station and solar panels.

    Very unreliable

    Should really be one star but the battery design deserves some credit. Performance I give no stars. We have used these cameras for 4 years the Arlo Pro, Pro2, Ultra and the Spotlight. Every one of these have been unreliable and some stopped working within just a few months. Customer support is horrible and these are just way over priced for the quality. No more for us hopefully our time and money saves you some.
