You have to mess around with the setting to get a decent admit if battery life. But the advertising of the batteries laying 2 or 3 months is false, unless you don't use the camera to record (maybe only for a couple of minutes a day), the weather is good, and the other features are not active. You might get a couple of days to the until you have to swap out batteries. The camera is good overall, but sometimes the cameras installed outside the video might not be clear or gets choppy but for a second or two. Overall not bad the features are cool, a bit of a hassle to set up the and use the modes.

Now I know why my original Arlo stop working a few weeks ago forcing me to buy another camera system. I chose Arlo again because I was statisfied with the 30 day limitation on saved recorded videos. Now with this Ultra once trial is over, you cannot see any recorded video. I get the alert but cannot see anything that occurred. BestBuy and Arlo has misled me and as a loyal customer, choosing to stay with Arlo was a bad decision. Best Buy can I get my money back for this since its useless and I spent a considerable amount of money on this?

Money Grab by Arlo

The camera is useless in my opinion. I upgraded from the original Arlo to this Arlo assuming I would be able to have seven days of recordings, just like by other cameras. The free trial lasted sixty days, which is fifteen days past being able to return it to best buy. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, and just assuming our low hadn't changed its policies. So you pay for the camera and then you have to pay every month in order to be able to use it properly.

Don’t not buy!

I have had problems at every possible turn. The flip side is the customer service was on point and even tried to send me new cameras. However, I still couldn’t get my many problems fixed. Worst product ever.
