First screen protector worked great (easy application, stayed on great) for a year. Phone fell off my desk a couple times and no damage whatsoever. It cracked from hitting what I guess was a sharp spot on my keys while in my pocket, process to replace in store was super easy and convenient. This second one not so much. The same fall off my desk just happened to the new protector, the protector cracked in several places, popped off, and has severely damaged the actual screen on my phone ($250 is the quote to repair the screen, but they'll swap the protector again for free) I guess shame on me for not paying for an extra warranty or phone insurance by thinking a screen protector with a lifetime warranty would actually protect the phone screen it is on

Purchased two mine has a small issue. Nice screen protector!! but I have difficulties when I use my "A" key. with the protector on and I brush over the "A" key it will miss it and I need to go back to fix it with a bit more pressure. Love the screen protector it is scratch resistant, & clear. I have had this item for about almost 40 days. Would recommend it to a friend as well.

Super easy to install. The plastic packaging also serves as an "install cradle". Simply follow the instructions and 'voila'! Perfect installation and NO more Bubbles!! This screen protector 'did CRACK' inside a coat pocket on the second day of ownership but the phone screen 'is SAFE'.

It's a bit pricey lol, Very easy to install,it does curve with the screen but doesn't go all the way over the screen,its fits the screen very snug and dirt and lint doesn't get under the sides its great I love it.

The Armor Edge Screen Protector fits my S9 well and has good detection of inputs. It only adheres to the curved sides of the phone, so certain phone cases can squeeze the screen protector causing it to come loose.

It looks nice, but doesn't stay on. It has come off 3 times since we have bought it. Even had the Geek Squad do it. For $40 it should be glued to my phone. Maybe it just doesn't work with the edge phones. I have been told that's a possibility. It may work for other people who have straight edge phones.

The fit is good and is very clear. The previous protector came off after about a year of use. Hope this one stays in place. Kinda pricey for a screen protector.

I purchased this when I selected my new Samsung S9 Plus and had the associate put it on. The selling point for me was the lifetime replacement warranty! Didn't know I would need that in less than a month but I dropped my phone and it hit the corner and shattered. My phone survived because of this screen protector and my Otterbox! Best Buy replaced my screen protector at no charge and without hassle, just as advertised! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is a section in the middle that has a bit of wavy rainbow where maybe it isn't seated completely. This was evident on both of the ones that I've had.

Nice that this product has a lifetime warranty and you can simply exchange it at the store. Unfortunately everytime I drop my phone it pops off and loses its stickiness.

I feel like this did protect my screen. However it did not stay on as well as I expected. And finally it did crack after many drops.

The screen protector is overall nice, but since the S9 has a curved screen I notice the corners don't like to stay down all the way. The protector has a black outline around it which slightly cuts off some of your screen from view. I was told the warranty on these though are spectacular because all you have to do is bring it back to the store and they swap it out right on the spot instead of having to deal with the hassle of contacting the company and ordering a replacement. The 2 minor flaws is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but so far I'm happy with it.

Prefect fit and super easy to install plus with warranty

The Best Buy mobile sales person encouraged me to buy this over a Zagg item because of the lifetime replacement. This is my first glass screen protector, and the only one I've used on a curved screen so I can't compare to other brands. But I was always happy with plastic protectors from Zagg on my S6 and earlier phones (no curve). First the positive: I've dropped the phone a number of times with no damage to the protector or the phone. Issues: It can pop off when the phone is dropped. When this happens the back is likely to get dirty so then you have to clean and reapply, a pain. It shows fingerprints something awful - just looks gross. The black border on the sides significantly reduces the edge visibility. The sensitivity is not great, I often have to make several attempts to drag down from the top.

This screen protector is very nice. Much more clear than the one I had and easy to clean. Best thing that it is guaranteed by Best Buy. It breaks or cracks, bring it to the store with receipt and they will replace. They also took off my old one and put the new one on. I didn’t have to do a thing. It is cheaper than the one where you have to pay shipping to send in to the other company to get a “free” replacement.

I have had to replace once in the first week. It doesn't stay on the phone well, but I have had no problems with the touch screen and it and it does seem very protective.

I only used this product for less than a month before it completely failed me. I first had trouble putting the screen protector on my phone. It didn't stick very well and I had to reapply it. Great idea for an easy application, but it just didn't work for me. I used it for the last few weeks, and the fingerprints showed up terribly on it. There were certain spots on my phone that didn't respond to touch very well and I it covered some of the edges of my phone so I couldn't see things on the screen in those areas. Yesterday, I dropped it on the bathroom floor. I am only 5 feet tall, it was on my lap and it slid off, so maybe 3 ft. The whole screen protector popped off my phone. I tried to put it back on, but it didn't seem to be sticking very well. All day, I had problems using my phone. It wasn't responding to touch. I took it of last night and there is no sticky left on it I am returning it and getting a Zagg. I've had great luck with Zagg, but thought I'd try something different this time. Like I said, the idea is great, but it just didn't work for me.

The screen protector has kept my screen safe so far. I think it's just the Galaxy S9 phone, but the screen protector keeps popping off. I had a Zagg glass protector on it first, but that kept popping off AND cracking. I went ahead and replaced the Zagg glass with this Armor Edge protector. It has not cracked at all, but has popped off of the phone twice now when i have dropped my phone. Best buy was happy to apply a brand new one to the phone with $0 charge.
