I'm horrible at putting protective screens on so I selected this one because Best Buy will put it on every time. I dropped my phone from about 4 feet onto tile and the screen popped off (phone was fine) which was annoying because the glue then didn't hold it all that well so it slid around and texting got a bit difficult. I dropped it again from about 3 feet and the corner of the screen cracked where it landed (again the phone was perfectly ok so it did its job). I tried to get it replaced at Best Buy but they were out of stock, will try again because the messed up texting is annoying.

I think screen protectors are overpriced, but if you drop your phone enough to crack the screen you'll be glad you had it. Fits the phone well easy to clean finger prints off. Great thing about this brand is Best Buy backs it up so you crack it, just go in and it will be replaced. We've had to do it 3 times over the past couple of years and glad we did.

First one separated in five days. $40 for a piece of plastic plus$8 installation is a bit rich.

I purchased this screen protector for its lifetime warranty and on the recommendation of the blue shirt. Not 2days after purchase I laid the phone screen down picked it up to answer a call and guess what was still on the table after I look down. Paid the blue shirt $8.00 more cause he said he could do a better job on putting it on then me. Well when the protector can't even stick to its intended target. Went back got another one they installed it. Guess what? The thing fell off again. Don't waste the money.

Clear and sharp coverage and added protection. easy to keep clean.

It if s good product but it is quite pricey. It is smooth to use it and easy n.v t ok clean up.

Great product for protecting the screen. I have dropped my phone couple times and nothing happened. It was pretty easy to apply with all the little things they provide in the packaging. Comes with the lifetime warranty so even if it gets cracked, just go ahead to BestBuy and they will replace it for you!!

This screen protector actually seems pretty good. Fits well and don't really notice it's even on there. The problem I had is that it apparently doesn't work with the OtterBox Defender case. The first one we tried popped off as soon as the case was put on. We thought it just hadn't had time for the glue to set so we let the second one set for almost 48 hrs and the glass still popped off when the case was installed. If your using or going to use a less rigid case, then this protector would probably work well for you,

The screen protector has worked great. It is a hard protection screen that is easy to install.

I've had it on the phone for over a year, and it does protect the surface which would be scratched up by now without it. That said, it was a bit difficult to apply as the holes at the top did not exactly fit and had to be enlarged, and the sides had to be trimmed to fit. Over time, crud has gotten under the edges, mostly at the top. Still works, though, so it's not a perfect world, but hey...

I really like how the screen protector is attached to the phone from the package. It removes trying to line it up correctly by eyeballing it. I purchased this because of the lifetime warranty Best Buy offered. It seems mostly OK after a couple of weeks. I hear an inconsistent noise that may indicate it not completely adhering to the phone. Its difficult to tell at this point because I can't see anything.

I bought this product for my new Samsung Galaxy 9, mainly because I was told it had a lifetime warranty through Best Buy NOT the manufacturer. I also have an otterbox case because its very durable. This screen protector did NOT work well with my case. I tried it for a week and did everything I could to make it work. My case was more important than the screen protector. So I returned it. I really wanted it to work. The screen protector by itself seemed like it would work fine.

This product is very easy to apply. The directions are simple & easy to understand. Once applied, it looks great & I have no problems pressing apps on my phone. I hope it doesn't ever crack as the last one I bought made by another company. But I guess if you drop it, that's a risk.

Couple things that I'm not crazy about -- the edge of the protector on the rounded part of the S9 screen has a slightly annoying feel. That's not a big deal. but it also traps a lots of lint at the edge. Gets very nasty very quickly and the adhesive on the edge prevents easy cleaning.

Initial installation came off (edge adhesive only). 2nd worked great!!

I bought my phone 4 weeks ago and had chosen a different screen protection that Verizon recommended. The screen protection did not last more than 5 days with out showing up with a crack across my screen. I did not drop my phone or anything it was in my purse and upon pulling it out I saw the crack but I assumed it was my phone. Went to best buy and they told me it was the screen protector and those type of screen protector get cracked easily, you don't even have to drop your phone. That's why they have bad reviews. Best buy recommended me this one that I had for two weeks. It covers my complete phone unlike the last screen protector and have not had any problems so far.

I have bought a few of these since I've owned my phone for about a year and a half. When I drop my phone the shield pops off but my screen never breaks so I'm thankful for that. I guess I would rather have it pop off than have my screen break. But I do have a small scratch on my screen since my phone did a bounce on the pavement and the shield came off. I have since switched to a different brand.

It's a great protection device but it pops of sometimes, so then I have to go back to best buy.

I'm so glad I got this screen protector! I dropped my new phone after only two days. The screen protector cracked in several places, but my screen was just fine. Because of the warranty, I was able to get a new screen protector for free. I never want to be without one on my phone!
