The screen protector itself is great, so I didn’t want to give just one star. However, there is very little adhesive on the screen protector, so ANY a case you put on the phone will make the screen protector pop completely off the phone. We ended up returning the screen protector and getting a case with a built in screen protector.

Peru, NY I can't really blame the manufacturer for the flaws with this screen protector, the issue lies with the curved screen. they are only able to put adhesive on the sides which makes it less likely to stay on. There are protectors out there that have full adhesive that is cured with ultraviolet light but they are much more expensive.

Very satisfied with the product. I installed by myself! Easy instructions to follow! If I can do it you can do it too! On the top the life time warranty is awesome! I replaced once without paying again for another one! It protected my phone from a major accident!

Within 48 hours of getting my new phone with this protector, the phone dropped and the cover fell off. It protected the glass well while it was on and it did come off in one piece, rather than breaking, but I obviously need to get another one. From my understanding, BB will replace it so will try a new one tomorrow. If the next one falls off, I'll be getting something different.

We have these protectors on both of our phones. We have had many screen protectors. This one by far is the best You really don't know you have a screen protector on the phone. One swipe across some clothing and the screen is clean! Excellent product!

Put this on my husbands phone. Easy to install. Protected phone screen when it fell just right, it broke but protected the phone screen from any damage at all. Bought a second one because I was so impressed with how it worked the first time!

Best smartphone cover ever! Clarity & great protection. Did have to use the 'lifetime guarantee' following a drop on a tile floor...but no damage to phone itself & Best Buy replacement took less than 10 mins. in and out.

I purchased 2 of these because the other ones cracked. We havent had them long but they have already lasted longer than the one from the cellphone provider. I'm really pleased that they offer lifetime warranty on them so If they crack or break we can go back and get new ones.

So pleased with this new screen protector. The Best Buy associate cleaned and professionally installed the screen. It also came with a lifetime warranty that is good as long as I own my cellphone. I love that!

Id did protect my phone but I could not get it replaced at the store and needed to pay 10 more for my replacement to the already high price of the original. The did the same the for the second one but we fought it and did not have to pay the radiance but still a hassle.

It did its job protecting the phone but it cracked in pants pocket so I need to get it exchanged once store opens back up from stay home order since I have to have Geek squad switch it out. At least that's what the sales person said?

This screen protector is the best I’ve seen. It has a fail proof instulation .... also lifetime warranty.. if you have a problem including if this cracks just take it to the store you bought it from for a refund.

Was debating on this item when I got my phone a month ago, if it was really worth the extra 5 bucks over another screen protector. Well I discovered, absolutely! My phone fell out of my purse getting out of the car (just a foot or foot and a half drop) and I heard that CRUNCH that makes your stomach drop out the bottom. Turn it over and there's a long, staggering crack all across my brand new screen, but peeling off the glass cover it's completely intact! Took it to the store the next day and within 5 minutes I was walking out with a brand new protector applied to my screen with no hassle or fuss! Well worth the money, and I reccomend this product to anyone worried about their phone's safety!

So worth it to get this screen protector with a lifetime warranty. It saved my phone and a replacement for the screen protector is on it's way, because the Emeryville location was sold out of the product.

Protector will crack but your phone won't. With the lifetime warranty you can easily and quickly get a new protector anytime. I've replaced mine 5 times this past year. Worth ever penny.

it does its job but its price is a bit steep even with its included applicator since it doesnt go edge to edge and gives you a gap on screen on the sides due to its black edges. if it had been clear i think i would have been more ok with it

The screen protector does prevent damage to the phone, but the adhesive used prevents the screen from staying attached when the phone falls. It will reattach several times before it becomes impossible to stay on.

I first bought this screen protector for my phone which has a Mophie phone case and it fit perfectly. I bought a 2nd protector for my son's phone which has an Otter box phone case and the screen protector continually popped off. There wasn't enough clearance to keep it on. $40 wasted.

The screen itself is great. I've dropped my phone on it's face a few times and it has held us and not popped off. However, I have noticed that somehow between when it was installed and now, there's been more and more dust to get underneath the screen itself.... I would still use it.

Put this on my S9 and it was great. Easy install. I dropped my phone once (no damage, have a case on it) and the screen protector came right off. Must be something to do with the adhesive only on the edges. Needless to say, I got pet hair on the adhesive part of it and it's no longer usable.
