This was easy to install and clean. Seamless and perfect for the phone

The look and protection is very good. It does, however, make the phone slippery and harder to use the keyboard.

Screen separated from phone when I picked up the phone. Screen was installed within in one week of separation. BB replaced the screen but wanted another $8.50 to install. BB charged to installed the first screen and would not budge on the second install price. My opinion, questionable product, doesn't adhere to phone very well. My opinion, poor BB customer service by not Installing the screen for free when it failed adhesion and fell off.

not what i expected it keeps popping off the phone , the only part that makes it worth getting is their warranty and free replacements at best buy

Screen protector works great. Second one and phone screen is still in perfect shape.

Basically does what it's made to do... great screen protector and lifetime warranty so you cant go wrong.

Had the staff at the store help me select this screen protector based on my needs. I paid to have it installed on my phone, but it was well worth the money - these guys know what they are doing, and since I only get a new phone every 2 years or so, I wouldn't want to do it. No problem with using the phone with this in place. Highly recommend having the store install it.

The screen fell off my phone today and will not stay on when I try to reattach it. I will bring it back tomorrow for a replacement.

Man this was the first thing I did when I got home was to put this screen protector on my phone, wish I would have had it with my last phone I would not have had to buy a new phone.No Bubbles and no sticky stuff stuck to the edge of the phone. So I hope I learn all this thing can do before I have to get a new one.This is why I got the Armor Edge Screen Protector .

The screen protector does a good job of protecting the phone screen from scratches and impacts, but it doesn't conform to the contours of the screen well. The right side as well as the bottom of the protector don't adhere very well to the screen, so consequently the user has to press real hard to make any of the functions to work. A secondary effect is that the protector will fall off the phone after an impact (like being dropped on the floor) and you have to go back to the store to get a replacement one put on.

Product seems well-designed. I started with a cheap screen protector from another store that lasted only a few days before cracking and loosing adhesion. this one seems much more secure. Time will certainly tell. Received excellent service from Best Buy tech, and comforting to know that when/if it does break, a replacement won't cost anything.

Easy to install on phone and thick enough for great protection

I have had several different types of screen protectors for my phone, but they have had bu bles and broke shortly after applying them. This applies with ease with the application tool that comes in the box. I'm terribly rough on my phone and have yet to crack this screen protector. It also has a lifetime in store warranty, just bring it in to switch it out!
