Do not recommend. Makes either really wet sticky rice or really dry hard rice. No in between!

Rice Cooker worked extremely well for three months and out of no where completely stopped! Non stick surface, sticks too!

I bought this in February of 2020, and it has already died in May of 2020. I can not recommend this brand as this is the second one that has died within 6 months.

Don't let the positive reviews fool you. I bought this mid-April and tried to use it this afternoon and it completely stopped turning on!

The website, and even the box, say the inner pot and accessories are dishwasher safe. Yet the instructions under "how to clean" it says "innet pot and accessories are NOT dishwasher safe". Well, which one is it?

doesnt cook rice good the rice is hard if you add little more water it gumie it no good

Lasted only 6 months, stopped working after regular use. Would not recommend, stick with a better quality one like Zojirushi

Seems to have thermostat issues. cooker will shut off when rice is half done. requires manual restart.

I have been using this rice cooker for a few months now, and I have noticed a couple of things about it, both good and bad. It is very straightforward and simple to use, as well as convenient. It's small enough that I can just stow it away easily when I'm not using it. As for the downsides to this thing, the main complaint I have is that when I leave the rice in the cooker on the warm setting for a while, the rice at the bottom gets burnt and stuck to the bottom of the inner container as a result. Another thing that would assist in convenience is that it would be nice if the inner metal lid was easier to remove to clean.

I felt it was big. But it is quite a small one and will be big enough to use it for 2 people. So check if you want it to cook for more than 2. Then this is not the right product.
