It works great I love it I’m getting one for a friend

I think the never makes burnt rice is a bit of a stretch on this one because we have definitely burnt some rice but I can also kill the flowers they say are impossible to kill too so there's that. Over all, very good product, we enjoy the variability of it and the size fits well to keep on the counter for ease of use and the clean up is so super easy. We enjoy it a lot!

Really like this cooker with it various cool functionalities. I really love the rice cooked in it. Just so perfectly cooked!

I had the smaller version and now I feel like it was a waste of money because this unit is bigger and badder.

Easy to use and has many functions rice comes out great we are still trying out other uses.

I love the design. it comes with different settings for cooking white/brown rice as well as slow cooking. I have been using this for a while now without any issues. great material and easy to clean. this pot cooks rice well.

I use this cooker almost everyday for cooking brown rice and sometimes boiling veggies. its just perfect, it has many options which i havent even used but im sure they work great. one problem is that the rice does stick to the bottom and gets burnt but i put some coconut oil or any vegetable oil before i start cooking it. since then i have not seen any rice getting burnt at the bottom

I'm one of those people that just reads and reads about a product before purchasing it. My mom was the first one that told me about this rice maker. I have had it for almost a month and I have used it every day and I LOVE IT. It's easy to clean even though I have only done white and brown rice on it, I love how amazing it comes out every time. To help those out that are just like me. The price makes you question weather it would work like the reviews say it will, I was looking for a more expensive rice maker, I'm that person that likes to buy only once so I thought I would just buy a more expensive one to lease me longer. But for the price of this one if it lease me a year + it was worth it. So yes try it.

Needed to replace an older rice cooker that had a frayed cord. Was going to buy one online when I came across this at my local Best Buy. Bigger size than my old one and more features. As a plus it beat Amazons price for the same item. We've used it for more than rice and it works great! It has buttons for the other features which is convenient. Does a great job of sauteing and you don't have to keep an eye on the pan if you used a stove. Great design, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone as another cooking device in the kitchen, we use it all the time!

I bought this to replace our not so modern rice cooker and this ia definitely an upgrade. Has options of what time of rice you are cooking. Keeps the rice fresh but if you leave it on for a while, the rice develops a crust.

My third steamer died. This one is larger than what I had before. Great price for its size. Simple instructions and easy to clean.

This is more than just a rice cooker. it has a separate tray to warm or heat the rest of your meal at the same time as it cooks the rice. Very handy, and it works beautifully!

I love not having to worry about the rice under or over cooking. I followed someone else's suggestion of adding just a little bit of extra water from what the instruction recommend so that the rice won't stick to the bottom and therefore never had that problem. I used the steamer for the vegetables during the last 15 minutes of the rice cooking, and that turned out great too. Cleans easily. Very happy with it.

Cooks great rice with less water than you would need in a pot, and automatically switches to warm when its done cooking so you can forget about the rice and not burn it

I'm a big fan of rice dishes, and being able to steam my vegetables at the same time is convenient, efficient and frees up space for preparing other parts of the meal. As a stand alone dish, I appreciate that I don't have to tend to the food, which allows for me to focus on other tasks at hand. Also very easy to clean up afterwards.

Have tried other brands but did not last. This one works great. Easy to use. Value for $$. Will recommend to others.

This cooker not only can cook rice and it got many other user such as steaming of buns and frying meats etc.

This is my second cooker from the same maker. I can say that this cooker is great and is not that expensive. It cooks my jazmin rice to the perfect point. The only negative thing to say with this cook is the top latch is very fragile and after some time using it, it easily breaks, but does not affect cooker.

Have only used for rice, but so far so good. Easy and fast. Like the measuring and quantity labels
